Great Stay at Ambasadori Hotel Tbilisi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really good stay at the Ambasadori Hotel in Tbilisi. Definitely lives up to its 5-star reputation. Comfortable Rooms The rooms at Ambasadori are well-appointed and spacious. The bedding was comfortable and the furnishings were tasteful. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax after a day exploring Tbilisi. Good Service The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were responsive to requests and maintained a professional demeanor. Service was consistent and reliable. Clean and Fresh The hotel is very clean throughout. Housekeeping does a good job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The whole place has a pleasant, fresh scent that adds to the comfortable atmosphere. Nice Facilities The hotel has a good pool area that’s relaxing, and the sauna is a nice touch for unwinding. The gym has decent equipment for staying active during your stay. All the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Fun Bonus There’s a casino in the basement which adds some entertainment value to the stay. It’s a nice option if you’re looking for something to do in the evening without leaving the hotel. Overall The Ambasadori Hotel is a solid choice for a stay in Tbilisi. Good rooms, reliable service, and nice amenities make it a comfortable base for exploring the city. The facilities are a nice bonus, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. Some of the rooms don’t have windows

The hotel is well-located and offers a generally pleasant stay. However, I recommend paying close attention when selecting a room, as some rooms have windows facing the interior corridor, which may not meet the expectations typically associated with this level of hotel. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Salome Papava from Guest Relations. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond to resolve a very complex and seemingly unsolvable issue. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay at the hotel truly unforgettable.

We stayed at the Ambassadori for 3 nights. Check in was a smooth and pleasurable process thanks to Salome. When you check in so smooth and helpful you know you are in for a treat during your stay. Every single person from the reception to helpdesk to cleaning staff to breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. We are definitely recommending Ambassadori to eveyrone we know traveling to Tbilisi.

We had to unfortunately change rooms twice but the entire process was smooth. Every issue was solved by the hotel in time and they ensured we had a great stay with all the unfortunate hiccups.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very short stay at the Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel, so unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to experience the sauna, pool, or casino. That said, the hotel itself is truly luxurious — the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are impressively large, and the interior design is tasteful with a refined European classic style. The level of service is exceptional; from the very first moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism and warmth. Every request I made was answered promptly and with great care. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous and well-prepared selection. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi, just steps from Freedom Square and Rustaveli Avenue. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return for a longer stay next time.

The hotel is in a great location - walking distance from the old city. The hotel facilities are very well kept and the hotel itself is beautiful especially with all the Christmas decorations. Our room was very spacious and lovely and the beds super comfortable. It was cleaned every day when we were out as well. The spa area is also very well kept and it was great to end the day there throughout our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely return next time I’m in Tbilisi.

There was nothing not to like. Only suggestion is to have a full length mirror in the rooms or at least a mirror outside the one in the bathroom.

We had an incredible stay at Ambassador Tbilisi! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. The service was outstanding as well. A special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Salome Papava, who truly made a difference. She was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made our experience even more memorable. The Ambassadori is wonderful in every way. From the first moment we approached the property in the taxi we thought it was such a beautiful heritage building. At check in we were informed of an upgrade to a family suite which we were very grateful for. It perfectly suited our needs and we will always book this room in the future. The layout of the room was perfect and everything was very comfortable from the beds to the pillows. We couldn't ask for anything more. The staff were always polite and friendly whenever we had any questions. I even used the gym which was compact but enough to get a good workout in. Loved the view as I trained. The pool, sauna and other facilities looked great too but time was too short to use them. Will have to come back!

There is honestly nothing. If I had to give a tiny comment, there was no milk for the tea or coffee and some of us still use it ☺️

We had a really wonderful stay at Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the service was top notch, and the breakfast each morning was rich, fresh, and full of variety. The rooms were spotless, nicely designed, and bright, which made everything feel more inviting. The location is also amazing, super central and easy to get around from. If you’re coming to Tbilisi and looking for a great experience, I highly recommend staying here. We’re already planning to come back next year for sure.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean Very central the breackfast it's amazing tasty and full of options for everybody. We also enjoyed very much the hotel restaurant . My brother got married during the stay when they saw us leaving for the wedding we were gifted a chapagne bottle . Most of the people at the hotel were very sweet and kind . Pooland spa was very nice It feels low to give an 8 but its not a 9 more like an 8.5

I informed the hotel days in advance one of the rooms was for my brother and his future wife who were going to marry in tbilisi that week during our stay they didn't said a thing only after they saw them all dressed up at the hotel they offered a congratulatory champagne Also we booked 4 rooms the future couple got the smallest room by far . We were charged 200 gel for early check in at 11 am oer room( this is around 67 euro 75 usd ) which is a lot .

The hotel is in a great spot. You can walk to all the main places in the city. It’s quiet and peaceful, with a really nice breakfast. Offers a variety of yummy food like fruit and pastries. Our room was big and had a great bathtub. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant manager George, in particular, was exceptional. On our last morning, he noticed we were pressed for time and went out of his way to prepare a delicious breakfast to-go. This small gesture made a big difference and left us with a lasting positive impression of the hotel. The to-go bag was filled with a variety of fresh fruits, such as cherries and bananas, along with a creamy yogurt and some pastries.

The casino - the smallest bet is $25, which is too much. Went on the trip with my father, we took a double twin bed that was too small for us.
