Friendliness of staff convenience of being within walking distance of Sierra Navada shopping centre.

Sadly lift broke down , with arthritis in knees was painful climbing stairs especially first flight with no handrails, thankfully by the time we booked out on the Monday it was repaired so no havi g to carry cases down.

Really lovely welcome and service by happy staff. Public areas are bright and clean and decorated nicely. Bedroom also clean and tidy and the bathroom was a good size. The room had single beds of a good size and a comfy mattress. A blanket and bedcover were found in the wardrobe which was needed as the weather was very cold. We used the bar/cafe area for evening meal and breakfast and although there wasn't a large choice on the menu (half board) the food was tasty well cooked and presented.

No complaints but maybe a few suggestions. A little more heat in the public areas. A duvet on the bed. A small stand in the bathroom to place toilet bag. Note no hairdryer in bathroom (available at reception).

Modern property, nice decor, all clean and tidy. Onsite restaurant, breakfast available from 7am. Staff friendly and helpful.

The beds are good.

The included breakfast is the smallest I have seen. 1 piece of small bread cut in half and olive oil and tomato on it. Coffe OR Tea and juice. I don't wish large portion but at least offer 1 piece of ham and cheese and 2 hot beverages or a piece of danish or churros or fruit..

The cover of wc was a little out of measure and was not so comfortable

Room, stuff and dinner was good.

Breakfast was very bad.

Receptionist on arrival was friendly and courteous. We had a problem with a continuous noise the first night from an unknown source(possibly generator) and the night duty guy was extremely helpful and as he couldn’t find the source of the noise moved us to another room at 4am so we could get some sleep. Menu del dia was good and value for money.

The late notice from the hotel of roadworks in front of the hotel. We were informed that this had just started. This was not the case as the road to the hotel is one-way for through traffic and there is nowhere to off load luggage. You have to find a parking space in a side road and walk with luggage to the hotel through the roadworks. This has being going on for months. Not ideal. Also more information regarding getting into the centre should be available I.e. bus and the Metro. Metro is by far the easiest method of transport into the centre.

Convenient location, cheap and cheerful, nice staff, restaurant on site. Short taxi ride to centre €6.50. Roadside parking, lift to bedrooms,

Drains little smelly, noisy neighbours ( not their fault)

Location. Vending machine for refreshment, snacks, cigarretes.

Parking on the side of the road is apparently normal here but we were a bit worry about that. They did not clean your room. Is it normal here? Or it needs to be asked first? And dont you bother with included breakfast. They only serve roasted bread, coffee/tea, and juice. I was expecting more, considering the long wait because they're prioritizing who paid one.
