Our family room (4 beds) more than met our needs for our stay in Munich! There was plenty of space, including a large cupboard for storing our suitcases. The morning breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The pension (bed & breakfast) is just steps away from the tram line and two and a half blocks from the U-bahn. The beds were comfortable and there was a room fan, which helped keep air circulating at nighttime. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Munich!

There are several restaurants on the street level below the pension, so sometimes there could be noise until 11Pm or so. In the summer, it's essential to keep the windows cracked open so the room is cooler. We managed the sound by bringing with us a small, portable sound machine to provide white noise.

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist, who at first gave us a room with a clogged washing sink. She tried to remedy the sink, but later upgraded our room to a bigger one with a small kitchenette when she was not able to resolve the issue. Overall, the room might be a little smaller than we expected, but it was cozy and had most of the things that we were looking for. It might be quite noisy on some nights as there were some pubs near where we stayed, but on most occasions the windows do a decent job blocking those sounds out. It is situated really near to the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) of Munich and decently close to places like the Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt.

There was only a bottle of water available for us during our two day stay. We do have access to water kettles, but there were always solid white mineral residues in the water that we were a little uncomfortable with, but we remedied by filtering them with tea bag filter papers that we had.

The staff was really cool! They let us leave our luggages a few hours before we return for the check in (the full price was already paid). They are polite and smiley. They change garbage bags every day. The location is amazing. Near the center. Near to subway and just next to the Hbf. We had been given the room #1 and at first we thought it would be noisy but we were surprised of how quiet it was. The hotel was a really good choice!!!

The mattress and the pillows weren't in our spectrum of preferences but this is something completely subjective. It didn't affect our positive opinion for the hotel.

Great location just off the Bayerstrasse. We are frequent vistitors to Munich and this hotel offers very good room rates for this location. The room was was nice and clean and surprisingly well equipped with a little kitchen sink area with a fridge/freezer containing a mini bar. Nice shower and everything worked. The check-in/check-out was quite quick and uncomplicated. Hotel staff pleasant and asked us to let them know if there were any issues. Lift to room. The beds were comfortable. TV and Wifi were avaiiable though I didnt try it. Breakfast was 10 euros per person extra but we didnt have it as my wife cant eat gluten.

The room and hotel in general was not recently modernised, e.g. carpet in room a bit tired, but taking into account the budget price was quite acceptable/appropriate. But if you expect new luxury surroundings then you will need to pay more in a different hotel. The beds could have been a bit bigger for me as I am on the bigger side. Bit dark in the halls and it took a bit of fumbling for me to get right key in door lock. We were only given one key for two person room.

Clean, very tidy, quiet place, big room. Check-in was easy, I had luck that the room was already empty and ready at 10.30. Very good, firm bed, warm inside the room. Good to have a minibar. Center is about 15-20 minutes by walking. Quality products at breakfast. The Jura coffee-machine is also great.

At breakfast I missed some warm food. The maintanance lady was quite angry at some machine (maybe the fridge?) and she spoke to herself some really ugly words in Romanian, and she was not even bothered by my presence in the breakfast room. The boy at the welcome desk was friendly and helpful.

This is a good basic hotel. The breakfast was good. The fella at the front desk, Tony, was exceptional. This hotel is stone's throw from the Octoberfest area. Very close to the main train station so close to the trains going to the airport.

We were there in July so a bit hot but the hotel provided a fan. They have a lift. Did get controlled on a tram to a hardware store so always have an cheap, not validated ticket in your possession, just in case. BTW, we pay a small fortune in train fare while in Germany.

I have question for how can ı reach to the airport and staff are really nice to us when we want to communicate. Also elevator is broken but they made up for it and still carried our suitcases 3 floor, you can imagine how heavy the 4 girls' suitcases were.

Some furniture are old maybe when you look at the website and the photos people think it is not a good hotel or something. First time ı saw the picture ı though it gona be bad stay in there but it is very comfortable and price are really really good. So maybe they can change the picture and maybe some furniture. And other think google maps show the wrong way to come hotel we came for 15 minute walk but when we recognize it actually 5 minute away.

The hotel itself provides good stuff for its price: the host is polite, room clean and tidy, beds are quite comfortable (except of pillows;), quiet outdoor environment. The temperature in room can be regulated by batteries, so it was not cold in December. The breakfast is good enough with variety of food, fruits and beverages. In the summer it is possible to have a breakfast in the inner garden which makes it a bit romantic.

The destination to the city center by feet takes around 2 km, so be ready to have a good walking and comfortable shoes. Perhaps this is the only one minus for staying there.

The staff are always very helpful and the continental breakfasts provide all I ever need. I particularly like using one of the breakfast tables out in the rear courtyard.

The sink in the bathroom was the smallest you could possibly squeeze in because of the tiny space available. As someone that prefers to wet shave it was problematic and the glass shelf above it prevented me from washing my face off in it. Fortunately, the shower was very good with plentiful hot water at a good pressure.

I was looking exactly a budget hotel similar to this one...It's a small and good hotel close to the Rail Station (for visiting the nearby locations)...This hotel is about 10 minutes walk (including signal stopping at 2-3 street crossings) from the station, in a peaceful area having some restaurants very close to the hotel...Room (with attached bathroom and a small balcony) was quite comfortable and clean...Staffs were very friendly and helpful...Breakfast was good as well with hot breads...

Breakfast room is quite small... Bed pillows were very soft....Lastly, WIFI was very weak in room, may or may not work continuously and/or at times...
