The location was perfect. I'm a country girl who hates driving in the city. It was easy to find and it was easy to get to and from the Entertainment Centre. It would be brilliant for anyone needing to travel to the airport. I stayed for 4 nights for my daughter's sport and the staff were very accommodating. There is a laundry with one washer and dryer (great for washing smelly sports clothes) . My husband travelled to Brisbane on our last night there and stayed with us with no fuss. The busy road didn't cause any issues, and I'm used to no noise at all. I'd definitely stay there again.

There wasn't anything I didn't really like. The motel is getting older, but it looked as though there were renovations happening. I got exactly what I was expecting. The pool is only little, but was a great relief after a long day of sporting activity in the middle of summer. No negative comments from me.

The shower is amazing! We all commented that we would love the same shower at home! Water pressure is so good! Staff are super friendly and really helpful The location is sooo good, close to airport and convenient to lots of places nearby. Bed is comfortable and beautiful throw blanket that’s super soft. Love having room downstairs, just park and walk to room. Price is great too, will be using this place for future and love that it’s so close to the airport for us.

2 things- I hate complaining- do not let this turn You off booking because it’s a awesome place The room has abit of a musty smell, I think it’s because we can’t seem to let it air out. And a fan in the bathroom to remove the shower steam would be awesome. However this is only super minor

Nice apartment booked for 5 people (2A,3C) with everything we needed for a short stay. 2 single beds, 1 double and 1 pull out sofa. Close to the airport and had their own shuttle bus for transfer. Late night check in worked well collecting a key from safe box outside reception. Taxi cost $47 from international airport.

Sofa bed was not made up for 5th person. No instructions on doing that or where to find linen... which was a bit annoying after 2 days of travel with 3 kids who were all exhausted. Ended up working it out though and finding linen in the upstairs cupboard. Also no where to eat nearby when we arrived after 8.30pm so the room service menu had ended. Make sure you've got food if it's a late check in.

Close to airport plus free shuttle to catch our flight...The room was fantastic...large and sufficient extras like microwave,mini-bar,Foxtel channels for TV....loved the private outdoor area with table and chairs. 200 meters down the road was a terrific Indian curry place which was great value for takeaway plus Wild Bean coffee at the service station opposite the front gate for morning coffee..Road noise was minimal Bathroom and showers were great!!!

Someone parked his scruffy ute right in front of our door (#240) when other ample spaces were available !!! Otherwise was all good

Our stay at the Comfort Inn and Apartments was superb. We had a very comfortable, spotlessly clean room with plenty of space for the two of us to move around. The room was well stocked with everything we needed for our one night stay. A very comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all at Comfort Inn and Apartments. As we were flying out early next morning so a location close to airport was important to us.

We were very happy with our stay -NO complaints!

The property was about 10 minutes from the airport so it was convenient for our morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable with a kitchen. We ordered from the restaurant and got room service and were impressed by the quality of the food. Check in and check out were very easy.

There is a gap under the front door of the room and I didn't see any evidence of bugs or mice in the room, but I did look around for them because they could easily get under the door.

It was in a very convenient location for us as we were using the trains so it was an easy walk to the station. There was also a free shuttle to the airport. The guy on the desk was very helpful when we discovered we'd turned up a day early. The rooms were fully booked but he called a motel nearby and allowed us to sit on the couch while we searched for somewhere to stay.

The walls were very thin so we could hear the people next door having a domestic, swearing and shouting at each other late at night and again before 6am in the morning. We opted to use the smaller room as it was further away from the noise and much darker. The main room curtains didn't block out the light.

So comfortable, and prime location to the end of our holiday. And especially through Cyclone Alfred. Staff was able to answer anything I needed. Plus shuttle to airport.

Still awaiting refund from mini bar. Which I had not used anything. Dust all over the place, also build up of dust along the headboard of beds, and photo frames. Cutlery and plates was very dirty, I had to wash them before use due to marks of old food. Yellow. Cups still had rings around them too.

Efficient check in process, friendly staff with easy to follow directions to the apartment. Plenty of parking spaces at no additional cost. a nice spacious apartment for an extended stay with dual bathrooms.

Our apartment had an incredibly squeaky floor on my side of the bed, getting up throughout the night when I had to was quite noisy in a few spots in the room. Not enough to ruin the one night stay we had but may affect a longer stay.
