Highly recommend. Kieran and Lisa are fabulous hosts. Our accomodation was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious, with a deck and garden view. Breakfasts were amazing; tasty, healthy and prepared by Kieran - cooked to perfection. Lots of unexpected delights, for example homemade cake in the afternoon, fresh milk and chilled water in the fridge in the bedroom, lounge area to sit and enjoy an afternoon tea or pre dinner drink. Lisa was so knowledgable about the local area and offered many suggestions for day trips and lunch venues. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Margaret River Guest House is just beautiful, like a home from home. Lisa & Kieran are the most welcoming hosts and make your stay very comfortable. Kieran makes a wonderful breakfast every morning and there is a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, jams you name it, they have it covered, Kieran also bakes a cake everyday for guests to help themselves too in the afternoon. A little gem which should not be missed! We have already booked our next trip 😃💕

Beautiful guest house and very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Every detail in rooms, common area, and dining room make this guest house unique. Feels like home and very close to main street and most restaurants. Cooked breakfast every morning and a choice of regional bread, jams, fruits, etc. Very spacious ensuite bathroom. Easy parking. Loved it!

Just missed access to outdoors from our room as we like to sit outside in the evening, but everything else was perfect.

Situated a comfortably short walk from the bottom of the town, Margaret River Guesthouse, is ideally located for access to the town. It is super clean, exceptionally presented and with Lisa ‘front of house’ and Kieran producing incredible breakfasts every time, when few places seldom deserve the hype (and often ratings) they receive, this one definitely does. Lisa knows all the best places (vineyards, pubs, eateries and beaches) to go, she is the font of all knowledge and NEVER forgets your name (or your breakfast tea/coffee preference) once she has looked you in the eyes and repeated your name just the once.

We had such a lovely stay at Lisa and Keiran's Inn. It was so incredibly charming and perfectly curated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were fully equipt and comfortable, and the property very quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of tea and an afternoon snack provided, fridge in the room with heated towel rack for the shower, and very comfortable beds. The location is a perfect walking distance into town, the the hosts were absolutely lovely, not much more you could ask for! Thank you for a nice get-away stay

Margaret River Guest House itself has such a calming ambience, a true 'home from home!' So comfortable throughout with such incredible attention to detail in terms of decor & service! Lisa & Kieran are just the perfect hosts! Breakfast was amazing with everything freshly made. Freshly baked cakes also freely available daily, as is a wonderful port nightcap. Can't recommend highly enough, will definitely be staying again if back in the area!

Beautiful country cottage feel with lovely grounds and nice and peaceful and so close to the main strip of Margaret River. The breakfasts was fantastic and we was spoilt each morning by the lovely Lisa, thank you so much Lisa for making us so welcome and your hospitality is second to none. We shall be back sure and we will tell anyone heading to Margaret River to look you up.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Lisa and Kieran’s guesthouse. Kieran cooked us a different delicious breakfast each morning and Lisa suggested great daytime itineraries for sightseeing, north and south of Margaret River. The guest house itself is full of character, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The added touches of cake for afternoon tea and a glass of port in the evening were very welcome.

Quiet,clean, great location, beautiful linen, attentive hosts, delicious breakfasts (spoilt for choice), served by chef, excellent local recommendations re: activities (from gelato, cafes to long winery lunches and shorter ones, walk suggestions and shopping! Quality teas and afternoon tea treats included.

Fantastic location with a short walk to the main street. Sensational breakfast. Great hosts made you feel welcome, and very informative. Comfy bed and large room size.

It is hard to find anything to fault, and it isn't a dislike. Only improvement suggestion is an updated TV that allows you to cast a device to it.
