Riverside Tourist Park is well-located, offering convenient access to the surrounding area. The accommodation includes parking, though it is somewhat cramped. The cabin we stayed in was quite small, with limited space to move around, particularly near the bridge, and the washroom and shower were extremely compact and rather uncomfortable. Cleanliness could have been improved as well. Overall, the stay was not particularly comfortable or enjoyable, and the small size of the cabin detracted from the experience. While the setting itself is pleasant, I would not recommend this particular cabin; perhaps a larger unit would provide a much more comfortable and satisfactory stay.

Small congested room. Level of cleanliness is poor. Amenities are not good enough. Cramped space around the bed and small parking for a compact vehicle.

I loved my cute and spacious cabin, surrounded by pretty greenery and flowers. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay including a selection of cooking pans and utensils; a home from home. Not far from the highway, the location is good too; unfortunately there is road noise. It's not a rural setting. It's on the river, and it's nice to be beside the water but this stretch of the river isn't especially attractive (mid-city) and you wouldn't want to swim in it. And, being water, it does mean there are mosquitoes. Another downside is the wifi which kept dropping out despite the best efforts of the kind lady at reception. All in all though I had a lovely night's stay and would recommend it if you have to stay in the centre of Rockhampton.

Email was supposed to have been sent during the arrival afternoon to confirm booking in details as I was arriving late.. Nothing was sent, had to ring back again, reception person wasn't told of my arrival. Having to ring back after being told I'd receive an email was inconvenient. The reception person, however, sent details straight away. But still required the second call which wasn't easy.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had a stovetop which we weren’t expecting and made cooking much easier. The room had air conditioning and television. The park is located an easy walk from the centre. Towels and soap provided.

The park seemingly doesn’t offer late check out as when I queried about keeping the cabin for longer due to our late bus, the only option we were offered was to pay for another night. No bowls in the kitchen.

Lovely quiet and leafy location, a great little low-cost self-contained cabin with a comfortable bed and central location.

The floor of our cabin was filthy, 30 minutes after showering, our feet were almost black, which was disgusting. The shower was mouldy, and the bathroom cold water tap didn't work

For a cabin, it was spacious for 1 and had all facilities - kitchenette, aircon, foxtel, WiFi, hot water and comfy bed. Location was a handy alcove located near the bridge that gets you over to town in seconds.

Not a big issue, one of the courtesy milks was spoilt. I got over it

Very comfortable studio cabin. Compact though roomy enough for two people. Very clean, good kitchenette with stovetop, microwave ,mid size two door fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.Adequate room in the ensuite. Good sized balcony. Leafy, quiet setting.

The Park is a quiet riverside location close to the heart of the city. I was expecting simple & basic but had a pleasant surprise finding out my cabin met every expectation I had then some more. Everything I needed was in there. I have found my home away from home in Rockhampton.

The unit was very clean and new. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place . You have fridge, kitchen and coffee. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. I was expecting much less. They don’t provide you shampoo so make sure to have yours.

the location was fabulous, quiet and close to the city and our friend's home & business. Very appreciative of ice being ready in the freezer for our drinks!! and mini milk for our coffee.

Perhaps a little maintenance is due for the leaking fridge and shower.....and although clean and tidy, it's a little tired....a fresh coat of paint here and there would do wonders....but I'm only nitpicking here.
