Great location, clean and had great AC + a private balcony. (Not all rooms have AC, so you have to ask for it when checking in). Near tramline for public transport.

There were no towels in the room.

It was quite, we stayed during the summer, it was insanely hot and stuffy outside, but the room was pretty fresh

It could be a bit cleaner, I found someone’s hair in my bed, the bathroom needed more cleaning

The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The reception was very friendly, and the staff member spoke German, which made the stay even more pleasant. Both processes were quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-equipped. The good view from the sixth floor was nice. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were well-maintained and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were no requests left unmet, and the service was always professional. The location of the hotel was also excellent. In just a few minutes, you could reach a public transport stop, and there were numerous restaurants, shops, and bakeries nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The price-to-performance ratio was very good. The price was absolutely fair for the quality of service provided, and I can highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. A special mention goes to Miss Laura, the receptionist, who was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made check-in seamless and ensured my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the night receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive, going out of their way to assist with late-night requests and making sure everything was perfect.

The hotel's atmosphere and top-notch service made my experience truly special. Highly recommended for anyone.

This hotel became our salvation and a paradise on Earth, because we were lucky enough to book it on the very day we escaped from a truly awful place — a hostel with a shared bathroom and toilet that was significantly more expensive and had a much higher rating! (Yes, that happens too.) Sure, the cleanliness here isn’t perfect, but it’s not five stars either. The price for what you get is simply fantastic. I believe such small things as a leaky shower or a wobbly faucet can be easily forgiven. These are not deal-breakers. The location is excellent, surrounded by many great places to eat, the staff is friendly, and the bed linen was clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed — a hairdryer, towels, etc. I’ll definitely come back here again! It’s a real shame that this hotel has such a low rating here. P.S. The hotel offers breakfast for €10, but I’d recommend vegetarians to come as early as possible — by the end, there are practically no options left for us. I wasn’t lucky in that regard. Luckily, there are some great cafés literally next door that serve excellent breakfast alternatives. P.P.S. I’d like to suggest covering the stained mattress with a mattress protector.

Loved the location, great Manager, great friendly staff, they were also very very kind and helpful! They speak English too very well, so if you don’t speak Hungarian no problem! Oh btw Aldi is just around the corner, lots of restaurants, cafes & bars! The housekeeping ladies were very sweet too! The bed was very comfy, clean and also great aircon! There is a lift too! My room was clean! It’s very safe too! I will be coming back! Thanks Thomas Hotel!

Stay here on 2 night. Good match of price-quality.

Personal say that they can books for us taxi (we has very early departure) and on my question sayed that i `ll can pay by card in the taxi. On reseption he doesn`t say price and i thought that it will near like showing on taxi application. In result from hotel to airport i paid 40 euro by cash because drivers terminal not worked (in mobile application price shows near 30 euro). I was very dissapointed. Next time say total price when books taxi for your clients.

The location is good, they got some spots in the underground parking and you can pay them separately. Close to shops/fast food. Big balcony. Great staff.

The bed sheets were clean but had holes. One of the sockets by the bed was out of order. The bathroom floor doesn't have a drain, so if you're not careful when you shower, you'll flood the entire bathroom.

The hotel is located five minutes walk from the metro station. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. I was able to check in earlier than the check-in time. The room is a bit worn out but ok. Bathroom is good. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the street.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. The pillows were uncomfortable. The sockets are very inconveniently located.
