Great location, clean and had great AC + a private balcony. (Not all rooms have AC, so you have to ask for it when checking in). Near tramline for public transport.

There were no towels in the room.

It was quite, we stayed during the summer, it was insanely hot and stuffy outside, but the room was pretty fresh

The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The reception was very friendly, and the staff member spoke German, which made the stay even more pleasant. Both processes were quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-equipped. The good view from the sixth floor was nice. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were well-maintained and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were no requests left unmet, and the service was always professional. The location of the hotel was also excellent. In just a few minutes, you could reach a public transport stop, and there were numerous restaurants, shops, and bakeries nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The price-to-performance ratio was very good. The price was absolutely fair for the quality of service provided, and I can highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. A special mention goes to Miss Laura, the receptionist, who was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made check-in seamless and ensured my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the night receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive, going out of their way to assist with late-night requests and making sure everything was perfect.

The hotel's atmosphere and top-notch service made my experience truly special. Highly recommended for anyone.

This hotel became our salvation and a paradise on Earth, because we were lucky enough to book it on the very day we escaped from a truly awful place — a hostel with a shared bathroom and toilet that was significantly more expensive and had a much higher rating! (Yes, that happens too.) Sure, the cleanliness here isn’t perfect, but it’s not five stars either. The price for what you get is simply fantastic. I believe such small things as a leaky shower or a wobbly faucet can be easily forgiven. These are not deal-breakers. The location is excellent, surrounded by many great places to eat, the staff is friendly, and the bed linen was clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed — a hairdryer, towels, etc. I’ll definitely come back here again! It’s a real shame that this hotel has such a low rating here. P.S. The hotel offers breakfast for €10, but I’d recommend vegetarians to come as early as possible — by the end, there are practically no options left for us. I wasn’t lucky in that regard. Luckily, there are some great cafés literally next door that serve excellent breakfast alternatives. P.P.S. I’d like to suggest covering the stained mattress with a mattress protector.

Personal say that they can books for us taxi (we has very early departure) and on my question sayed that i `ll can pay by card in the taxi. On reseption he doesn`t say price and i thought that it will near like showing on taxi application. In result from hotel to airport i paid 40 euro by cash because drivers terminal not worked (in mobile application price shows near 30 euro). I was very dissapointed. Next time say total price when books taxi for your clients.

The location is good, they got some spots in the underground parking and you can pay them separately. Close to shops/fast food. Big balcony. Great staff.

The bed sheets were clean but had holes. One of the sockets by the bed was out of order. The bathroom floor doesn't have a drain, so if you're not careful when you shower, you'll flood the entire bathroom.

The hotel is close to Corvin metro station, also it was very close to the river (10 mins on foot), so the location was perfect for me. Aldi supermarket is 2 mins close to the hotel. There is a conditioner in the room which is very good when it is 33° outside. The room was large and clean. A garden view. A big bathroom (in fact there is a shower). There is an elevator. Very good price for this accommodation. Also, Corvin plaza is 10-15 mins on foot from the hotel. There is a luggage room available. There is a green area (a tiny garden) inside, which is perfectly fresh and shadowy for waiting for the check-in in the hot noon. There is a desk and a chair.

No hairdryer, no kettle, no fridge in the room. The windows looked at another building, so people inside were very well seen :) The windows looked on the inside garden where people communicate a lot, so it was a bit noisy if the windows were open. If the windows were closed, it was okay. A bit aged building, furniture. The reception doesn't work at night, but the security helped me to check out at 5am in the morning. Also, I arrived very early before the check in time, and the staff refused to check me in until 3pm (which I expected as I read the reviews).

Location: The location of the hotel Thomas is very good, as it is very close to the city centre area. Public transport is very easily available and very close to the hotel as well. Trams 4 and 6 are a 6-minute walk away, and if you are coming from the airport, then you have to take the 100E bus, which gets down at Kelvin tar m stop. Either you can walk from that stop, i.e., 18 minutes, or you can take buses like 934, 935, or 935a, which will drop you at the stop, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Room: The room was spacious and clean. Toiletries and towels were provided. Housekeeping came daily to collect the garbage bins. I had two single beds in my room, and they were very comfortable. Also, the air conditioner in the room was working very well. You can use it as a heater too. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I checked in late at midnight due to my flight delay. But the lady at the counter was courteous and smoothly completed the check-in process. The wifi speed was decent, and it was easily accessible inside the room. Breakfast was served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., but we did not have it. The price was 9 euros per person.

Although a very minor thing, if you are not careful while using the shower in the bathroom, then the water can leak outside the shower area in spite of closing the doors. Somehow, the shower area was not foolproof enough to stop the water from going out. I would have also liked it if the towels could have been changed after 2 days.
