Lovely modern decor. Very clean. Spotless white linen and towels. Comfy bed. Iron board and safe in room. Lovely big windows and nice sunset from this side. Great location just to the south of the main centre / vieux port.

We paid for a “privilege room” and we were in a room which faces the Aquarium, which was very noisy and right above the smoking area for staff so we could not sit out on the balcony. Unlike most hotels the loo was separate from the shower. I know this is common in French houses, but have never seen it in a hotel. It meant that when needing to wash your hands after the loo, you touched the door handle and then the outside of the handle of the shower room and also had to wait for the shower room to be free before you could wash your hands. Surely this isn’t really hygienic?

Loved the facilities, location, food and amenities. They are all tip notch. Lovely hotel in a great location, right near all the restaurants and bars as you could want. Food in the hotel was fantastic and fairly priced

The staff. The staff. And one more time, the staff. Examples: Our breakfast waiter was rude and impatient. The barman was somewhat better, but was still annoyed with us for the audacity of ordering a drink (heaven forbid when you're at a bar)... But the absolute worst was room service. They told us that they have never heard of Ketchup, that bringing utensils up when they forgot to bring them with the food "someone else's problem". The staff are absolutely shocking and could have ruined a trip. My advice, stay for the hotel and it's facilities but don't expect anything from the staff that work there. That way you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was better than we expected being a chain. The pool is fab and the staff in the bar area are lovely. I was disappointed not to have a room with the balcony but that's my fault for not booking earlier! The room was on the small side but comfortable and we didn't spend much time in there other than showering and sleeping. Very central with fun port side bars and 5 minutes walk to the old port which is delightful. Easy to park without fuss.

there were no cups in the room to make use of the tea and coffee provided and when asked for we got a couple of paper ones but none were put in on the 2 other days we stayed.

Excellent location in the city center. I booked the Privilege room. I was a bit surprised that the breakfast was not included in the price, and the breakfast costed 19 eur extra, which I find quite expensive. However, when I saw the breakfast, I realized it's not that much at all. They serve really high quality food and nothing is dried up or cold (if it should be warm), you don't even have an idea that you're eating "hotel food". It's all really exquisite. Bathroom was very clean and the rooms looked new. The bed, OH MY GOD THE BED, was the most comfortable bed I ever slept it. And all my friends said the same. I'm still planning to send them a mail asking to tell me which brand it is, so I can buy one for my home. Unbelivably comfortable, you will not want to get out of it. The staff was also very polite and helpful. The whole hotel is very eco friendly, you notice that a lot.

The bar is closed late evening and there is no alcohol in the minibar, it would be nice to have the possibility to come down for a night cap if you feel like it.

I chose this primarily for location and value for money - just 5 minutes walk from railway station and 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants etc. The facilities are excellent, the staff are fabulous and the restaurant was very good - there weren't many people there the night we ate there and staff were very attentive and we very much enjoyed the food. As a bonus - our balcony over looked the harbour and we were serenaded by Sting who was headlining at the La Rochelle Francofolies across the harbour... although I appreciate this can't be guaranteed for our next visit :-)

There was a really annoying bench fixed along the bottom of the bed - not sure what for but it made moving around the room really difficult for two people. And there's no wash hand basin in the toilet which is separate from the bathroom.

Breakfast is awesome, I really loved that everything was there, clean, fresh and was refilled until the very last minute. The waiters are very kind, I got served twice at dinner by Rémi. He was very professional, gave excellent wine/food recommendations and was attentive at all time. The hotel is located directly at the port in a lively atmosphere and if you want to calm down for some minutes, the pool and terrace are a relaxing sunny spot to rest, read and grab a coffee/wine.

The location was really good for exploring the harbours and town. The room, although not spacious, was perfect for my needs and nicely clean and comfortable. I liked the fact they did not provide plastic bottles of water but a glass bottle with a refill station on every floor.

I would have liked clearer instructions about parking with clear instructions on how to drive to it. However I ended up in the main parking opposite, parked easily and for a reasonable price for an overnight stay.

You can’t have food outside until after 2pm so had to go and buy a sandwich from a shop to eat as didn’t want to sit in restaurant in the middle of the day Bar man was very rushed and a bit abrupt noticed he didn’t wash any of the herbs he put on the drinks as garnish 🤨 Think cleaners forgot to clean our room…

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room looking out onto the wheel and harbour. Fantastic location, I’m walking distance to everything. Nice little gym but small. Rooftop pool area nice. Fab family space with separate lounge area.

Parking not included in stay, at £330 I’d like it to be included. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice but served in a cramped space so at peak time was a bit chaotic

The hotel is very modern in a great location. It’s right at the marina with great walking opportunities. The room was a bit small but comfortable and had a lovely view. The bed was extremely comfortable - best night’s sleep so far. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of variety including yogurt, eggs, cheese and meats, pastries, and crepes. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was a little tight.
