Wifi finally worked late at night after most others were probably already sleeping. This hotel was apparently an Ibis property before it changed its name to B&B Hotel. I have stayed in both properties in France and Germany and they are both a great budget property. It wasn't easy to find but getting there during rush hour and after dark did not help. Luckily, I was able to park in the car park for a very reasonable price. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean. Location was great as it was a 20-25 minute walk to the main plaza in historic Zaragoza.

We have been to this hotel before. We love that the location is quiet yet easy access to the city centre. We love the fact that we can get a free breakfast if we chose to not have room service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. , and free tea and coffee! We will definitely come back again

The touch on and off lights on the headboard of the bed because sometimes you switch them on in the middle of the night by mistake and wake yourselves up!

For the price, it was a good, clean, no frills hotel. Perfect for an overnight stay with the dog. Although the room was small, it had all we needed. Lots of hot water, powerful shower, nice toiletries in dispensers. Sign says hairdryers available from reception, but didn't need one. I liked that the towels were in sealed, organic bags. You only open if you need extra, to cut down on usage. The towels were lovely and clean and fluffy. We paid online and they only charged €7.50 for the dog. Managed to park outside on the street although secure parking available for €7 per night. Lots of bars and cafés nearby. We didn't try breakfast but free hot drinks, 24 hours a day was a nice touch. Would recommend for an overnight stop.

With the money I paid, this hotel is very good. The hotel staff were very kind and professional, which is very important to me. The room was small but clean and practical. The cleanliness was good. Amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste were not available in the room, but the receptionist said to inform them if you need them to bring them. This was also a good option because the hotel had a relatively environmentally friendly management. Coffee, tea and cappuccino were available for free in the lobby, which can be very attractive for a traveler. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We found the location excellent - it was about 15 minutes walk to the old town (Highly recommend getting the 4 Museum pass which you can get at the Roman theatre or Forum). Supermarket, bus stops, pharmacy were all 50 metres away from the hotel. Staff were all friendly. Car parking was a good price (€7 p/n) - secure, underground parking right under the hotel which we didn't need to prebook. Good Wifi strength. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked nice. Room was quiet at night, bed was super comfy and bathroom was clean.

No wardrobe or storage space for longer coats. Parking is essential as none available for blocks around - nevertheless a bit pricey at 15 euros/day, similarly the price for a pet at 15 euros/day is a bit steep. These 2 extra costs combined make the overall stall somewhat expensive.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Even though the rooms are quite small, they work well for a few days' stay. The location is also good, just a 20-minute easy walk to the centre. The coffee machine at the reception is a very nice touch for when you're in a hurry, to grab and go. The receptionists were all very nice, accommodating and they all spoke very good English.

Excellent value. Very good quality of services. Nothing exaggerating but everything a traveler needs. Easy free parking in the area.Friendly people. They welcome you with free coffee (all kinds), water and croisants (available all day) and in our case breakfast was included. When I booked the room and breakfast at such an affordable price, I did not know what to expect, but the hotel was a very nice surprise and we were very very satisfied.

B&B hotels are perfect for overnight stays with comfortable beds and good facilities. This one was no exception, we received a warm welcome, were offered complimentary coffee and pastries and directed to a basic, comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. A twenty minute walk took us to the historic centre of the city with its many interesting buildings, shops and restaurants.

I arrived during a blackout so I was happy to get a room on the ground floor after a tedious travel. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Breakfast could offer more variety of food. Eggs were not always available and not too many choices of bread - more pastry offered.
