The hotel is located off the access of I 35 close to where I work so it was convenient. The customer service was amazing. The ladies at the front were so nice and accommodating and best of all they were efficient at check-in. I asked for a first floor room and I was able to get it and actually I asked through booking.com and they actually obliged my request I really appreciated that. especially since I was traveling by myself. it was nice that they put me close to the front desk. I felt safe.

Not that I didn’t like it. It just has one way in one way out. there’s no back entrance where you could go in so you had to go through the busy access road but wasn’t terrible.

We book a 2 Queen suite and it did not disappoint. The room is spacious and clean. It came with 2 beds and a comfy sofa bed, They even gave us a "Premium Room gift bag". The hotel is in a safe area next to the freeway alongside many other hotels. It is close to downtown and just 12 minutes drive to the Airport. For the quality and the price, this place is a steal.

The bathroom is dated. There were loud banging noise from other rooms but it stopped around 10pm.

Pretty good location with access to I-35. Little areas around property where I could walk my dog and not be on side of I-35 so that’s a definite plus for those who travel with our 4 legged kiddos

Some broken glass and other somewhat dangerous debris on edges of property, honestly you would never know it unless you were walking your dog

Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big desk in room. Sufficient electrical outlets. Big room. Lots of pillows. I had one room cleaning done during my 3-day stay -- I was fine with that especially because when I checked in I was told I wouldn't have any cleaning.

Bed left my back a little sore though it felt comfortable at the time. The hotel is on an Interstate highway but even so the traffic noise was louder than I thought -- windows not very thick or perhaps noice gets in through the window A/C unit. The $50 damage deposit which I expect will be refunded soon on my credit card (today is 4 days since checkout). No charge point for my rental electric car, but there was one in the parking lot of the Marriott a few doors down.

Big, clean room. Close to the airport and Austin - San Antonio highway.

When we were there there was road work nearby and the hotel was accessible only from one part of the highway, so although it was close to the airport, we had to go a fw kilometers more.

The convenience, the staff

My first night the bed was dirty with pet hair and under all the covers. That’s the only thing I didn’t like was the lack of attention to detail. The shower head was leaking water and the toilet didn’t flush properly. This was all in room 225

The staff was amazing. Very professional, receptive, and took care of my concerns.

A bathroom with a standard tub or enclosed shower. The bathroom was way too big for it's size. The bathroom was functional, but looked a little dated. I noticed some matted hair strands near the base of the toilet. It could have been cleaned a little better.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, anything I asked of them they got it done and were happy to do it

The bathroom wasn’t the best looking and not the cleanest mostly the bath tub and the wait desk was sometimes ling not to bad though

my room was clean and ready on time. there was plenty of secure parking and easy to get to off of the highway. staff was friendly and inviting.

room across was a little noisy and had a dog that wouldn't stop barking

This is second time staying here this year, and I do like the "upgraded" rooms - roomy, new/excellent linens and bedding, amenities like Microwave & fridge, quite rooms, and it is clean. Staff is friendly! I will go back to stay again, good accommodations for the price.

One negative - I always take my own coffee press - as their pod coffee makers are poor. I was disappointed this time in the heater in the guestroom, as it was not working properly and the "maintenance" person was not able to repair it. so, on second day they did offer to move me to another room.
