Awesome location! Excellent staff! Thank you for making our anniversary feel special. It was a really nice surprise to open our door and see the bottle of champagne and a special note for us. Well done! :)

A bit pricey. Would only come here for a special occasion. Nothing was complimentary. I suppose this is expected from a luxury hotel though.

Grabbed something quick from their coffee shop, great spot & food was above par. Like a Starbucks but better.

The only negative was having to pay $30 dollars to check out at 12 versus 11. With how much I spent on the hotel and the hotel amenities I feel like I shouldn't have been charged $30. Other than that everything and everyone was great.

Great location, decent restaurants. For the price- over priced compared to Thompsons I’ve stayed at. Staff was kind but customer service was difficult when it came to change requests both online and in person. For the price I would prefer the JW or other hotels nearby. It was loud too, there was a reason they have “complimentary” earplugs.The location is excellent tho!

The interior design was beautiful. The 4th floor amenities, restaurant and pool are nice.

The staff who were either not knowledgeable or just didn’t care enough to engage customers. the only bright spot was the manager. It seemed to us that the staff besides Nikki the bartender who was fabulous, the rest of the staff new they were getting their 20% tip and didn’t care to provide excellent service.

I only liked the fact that it was close to the venue we were attending that's it.

Noisy noisy noisy, need a little more than small ear plugs with the noise level in this hotel 360 degrees surrounding the hotel. Booked 3 rooms and the 3 rooms were in varying locations in the hotel. Every spot was noisy ! Front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful, room was not ready for check-in at 4:00 pm had to attend a formal dinner in the attire we traveled in ! Will never stay here again !
