I really loved there apartments and dont even talk about the staff it was the best i had only one problem that they didn’t pick up our call from room but otherwise it is wonderful like ok its a bit far from Haram but they provide shuttle i have no words for this hotel THE BEST Like for real

The staff is amazing specially the receptionists, they were very helpful and understanding. The location is inside the mall so it’s very easy to find everything that you need specially that there is a Carrefour in the mall. It takes 20 mins to reach the Haram by bus and sometimes it’s very crowded so you need to always be early to find a place because the 2 buses could be full but even if it’s full, they will make the driver comes back and pick you up Same happened to me while returning from the haram, i have to wait 40 mins so the bus can return and pick me up.

they can get another big bus to avoid the long wait, it would be great.

The apartments are very nice, and the area is quiet compared to the hotels near the Nabawi Mosque. It is only a 10-15 minute drive from the Nabawi Mosque. A taxi ride costs 30 SAR, or you can use the apartment’s bus service to reach the Nabawi Mosque. Having Al Rashid Mall next to the apartments is very convenient for food, groceries, shopping, or a kids’ play area.

The staff, in general, were very nice and polite, except the reception desk didn’t answer our phone calls most of the time. I was a little bit annoyed by the fact that they couldn’t offer us duvets instead of blankets for our sofa beds.

The waiters at the breakfast area were wonderful. Mr Naseeruddin needs special mention, so does the cook, and Mr. Ansari. They brought me freshly made cappuccino each day. Also, the cook made really good eggs to order, and they were perfect. The room was amazing, they gave us fresh plate of fruits each day, and they allowed us to stay longer as our flight was late.

The only thing they can do better is: The room did not have good heating. We were there in Dec, and it does get cold. So, I wanted the heat but it seemed they had technical issues. They DID provide us with heavy blankets, and even suggested we can shift to another room, but packing and unpacking was going to be a pain.. so we just decided to stay in the same room. But, Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable

Our stay was very enjoyable! Check-in was fast and easy, all the staff were extremely polite and kind, and the rooms were very clean and spacious! They have a free shuttle that takes you to and from Masjid Al-Nabawi for each prayer, which is extremely convenient. The shuttle driver, Noor Aldeen, and our bellman, Amir, were both very courteous. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We had two rooms and asked the reception for a late checkout, and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

The location is a little far from Masjid Al-Nabawi, but they do have a free shuttle that takes you there and back for every prayer.

It’s a very clean space. I like the apartment I stayed in, very comfortable & homelike.

The safety box in my room was faulty and I requested for a repair throughout my entire stay but there was no attempt whatsoever. I asked for a late checkout and the lady at the reception gave me a very cold reply with an extension of just 1 hour. With all being said, I would definitely come back to this place.

I had the opportunity to stay at multiple hotels. But this establishment surprised me, truly. The service and staff kindness are exceptional. The shuttle service to the masjid nabawi is a wonderful perk. The spa, swimming pool, sauna and hammam were flawless. The facility has a direct acces to the mega mall which made shopping etc extremely easy. Special mention to the entire staff working very hard, having a genuine smile and interest in our comfort. We felt like true honor guests from beginning to the end of our stay. We even had the honor to meet the general manager Ali Nasila which must be the most professional and kind person I ever met in the hotel industry. It was a pleasure staying there, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back. This stay has increased my trust in the Marriot chain. Thank you all for everything, on behalf of myself and family.

Compared with hundreds of hotels that I've visited in every continent, this was one of the best hotels I've ever accommodated in. a very big thanks to the Saudi reception staff (unfortunately I don't know their names) for the smooth and professional treatment during check in & out, another big thanks to Amir the bellman and to chief Haris for the exceptional service they provided

The location, quietness, and comfort.

I don't know if people can see inside the room from the window that is located in the garden. I requested them to bring me a cake 🎂 for my honeymoon, and they told me it would be a chocolate cake but it was not chocolate and I could not eat it at all. The cost of honeymoon preparation was too expensive compared to what I got at the end. I have requested a room near the elevator since I booked the room three weeks before my stay but unfortunately, they didn't give me what I have requested.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.especially the Pakistani attendant close to reception was were nice and courteous.

The breakfast had very few options and doesn’t match the value you spend on having breakfast included in the price. I would suggest to have fixed tables in the apartments as the sliding glass top is dangerous for kids.
