The location of this property was great, it is in close proximity to everythong we needed in Innisfail. The property was clean and well kept. The staff that I laised with in relation to my arrival time was super helpful and accommodating, on that alone we'll definately be using these guys again in the future.

This is only trivial, but I would have liked to see at least two towel drying rails and two robe hooks in the bathroom

The hotel manager arranged late check in for us. Mary-lee was amazing, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We forgot my daughters toy in the room and she keep it for us until I could arrange to collect it. Our room was clean and a good size. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe.

Central location. Excellent access to The crown Hotel for a meal. Clean

There is obviously a maintenance problem. The bed was missing a wheel which made it saggy and slope down on one side. the powerboard also had a power point that didn't work.

Enjoyed our stay.

Didn't like the young boy riding his scooter back and forwards past our room and being very cheaky when I asked him not to do it as my husband was still asleep and he has Cancer.

Easy access to the pub next door for dinner. The room was comfortable but needed another chair.

Entry hard to find and very steep driveway. Too steep to walk up.

Rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Wasn't that I didn't like anything maybe just needs a little love and a coat of paint.

Central location.. comfortable and worth the price. Easy to find. Facility is clean and tidy, enough for 2 people as required.

Checking in/key collection at a different location. I wouldn't have booked if I had known that I had to collect keys/Check in at a different location.

Location was central relatively quiet. The motel unit had just about every thing we needed. The cleaning staff lady was very pleasant and helpful in giving us the extra handtowel ,teabags etc that we needed as we stayed an extra night and didn't need our room serviced.

Nothing really, it was what we expected , for the price we paid

Right in the heart of Innisfail with cafes, historical sites and museums and supermarkets within an easy walk.
