This hotel exceeded my expectations..all the staff were really lovely and the location is very central with only a 10 minute walk to Akropolis, 20 seconds to the bus station and 5 minutes to the central train station. My room was clean, so not sure if the negative reviews were for elsewhere. There is a hotel of a similar name just across the road. Opposite the hotel is "Mummas Pizza".. absolutely the best, healthy, freshly made pizzas..a must try! As a lacto vegetarian, breakfast variety was sufficient. I asked reception for a kettle as there wasn't one in the room, given one no issues.

I had a really great stay at Ibis Kaunas Centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything I needed. It really made a difference and gave the hotel a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also really convenient, especially for those arriving or departing by air. The hotel is right next to the number 29 bus stop, which goes directly to the airport, making transfers really easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and convenience of this hotel. If you’re visiting Kaunas and want a reliable, comfortable place to stay with great staff, I’d definitely recommend it!

My room was at the front of the building, and if I’m being really picky, the traffic could be a bit noisy when the window was open. That said, it wasn’t a big issue, and it didn’t affect my stay at all

The room was great, nice and clean. A coffee machine and kettle for making tea. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Location is great too. Right in the centre and next door to the hotel is a supermarket, a donut shop and a coffee shop. Also the bus to the airport goes from right outside and is only €1.

Staff were a bit rude. I asked for a late checkout when I arrived and as it was midnight I was asked to come back and do it in the morning. When I went back and asked the girl actually rolled her eyes at me!! She did give me the late checkout which was great but I felt like I was putting her out. Also during breakfast the coffee machine ran out of coffee beans. I asked the girls if they could refill it but they were all chatting amongst themselves and again I felt like I was really putting them out. They did do it but in no hurry.

I liked the location right next to the bus station. I took bus 29 from the airport which departs from a bus stop that's to the left as soon as you leave the airport. You can get a ticket on the bus but they only accept cash, a single ticket costs €1. Receptionist lady was very kind and helpful during check-in. They have a baggage storage where I could leave my baggage after I checked out and it made things easier.

Maybe it is just me but I didn't like the taste of the capsule coffee they had in the room. Other than that there was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient for staying and being near the train and bus station. Local amenities are ok for the visitor, although might not be the best location for first time visitor to the city. The hotel itself is showing signs of wear and tear. The sink needed unblocking, the towels seemed old, when considering the ibis brand. Breakfast was simple for continental breakfast. I would probably stay again, as it begins to the green key, but only as a place for business stay, rather than a place for vacation.

The location is excellent. I was able to travel to 3 cities with ease using the hotel as a hub. Moreover, my flight was delayed, and the hotel reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue. My adapter also malfunctioned at midnight when I just got in, and the hotel provided me with one. Absolutely brilliant. From staff to location to comfort. If I go back to Kaunas, I'll definitely return to this particular Ibis. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great location (just next to the bus station), very friendly staff, my room was quiet and had everything I need. Breakfast here is delicious and filling, with extended time by an hour on weekends, in order to guests can get enough sleep. Perfect!

During my stay, the hotel's own restaurant, Ibis Kitchen, was closed. It's a pity, I would love to have my dinner right there instead of at the nearby pizzeria or bus station's cafeteria.

My 2nd stay here. Tita on reception is so helpful going above and beyond with info to enjoy your stay in Lithuania. Its very clean great breakfast and if you are travelling around Lithuania it is so handy for the bus station which is right next door. Bus to airport only 1 euro from outside the hotel and buses to old town every few minutes. Felt very safe there as a solo female traveller.

Very happy with our stay. Be aware they say they state they only service the room every 4th day so for our 4 night stay it meant no change of towels or bed making. We were quite comfortable with this but it may not be acceptable to others. We asked for a kettle so we’re able to make both coffee and tea. Again remember to bring yiur own coffee bags and teabags. Breakfast was fairly basic but

Fantastic location for the bus station it's literally next door. you can pop out by your tickets then go back into the hotel and have your breakfast for example. it has everything you need not super fancy great value for money but it's the convenience of the bus station that really sold it for me would definitely come back again the lady on the night desk was very helpful and very kind
