The room offers just enough space for us 4 (2 parents + 2 teens), the master bedroom provides privacy (has a door). The breakfast was okay for us picky adults and great for our kids )) We booked breakfast only as for the lunch or dinner we enjoyed our beloved Figueret Restaurant (10 min walk). The restaurants nearby are extremely overpriced (we tried Can Pescador, Fusion19 with fairly mediocre cuisine and then gave up). We liked Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca with plenty of wild birds! The old city of Alcudia is very nice but please avoid it on Sunday (very crouded, very expensive for no real value, the transfer may be difficult or absent). The markets in the inland, even the regular stores in Palma are much much better. Very good pool facilities for smaller kids / toddlers. We'll be happy to come again! Heartfully recommended!

The mattress was not ideal, but just okay. Better pillows could improve our sleeping experience. Kitchen in the room will not motivate you cook there a lot ;) But frankly speaking I am trying to think of something significant and cannot really find.

Great place, kids loved it. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner each day as we had it included in price. Great location. 3 min walk to the beach. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Overall would highly recommend.

Only 1 thing. On arrival we were charged unexpectedly for 65 euro for island tax?, which was to be paid when checking in. This was not mentioned in Booking.com when booking holiday. It was noted that all taxes and charges were included in initial price.

Great pools with lots to do for kids and beautiful rooms. Location is perfect, close to the beach and several shops and restaurants.

The hotel should enforce their policy about “no sun bed reservation”, lots of towels and books on sun beds and people don’t show up until 1-2h later.

The hotel excelled in all areas, in particular the friendly staff. You were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern and thoughtfully designed with beautiful grounds that are kept very well. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The heated outdoor pool this time of year was brilliant. Our daughter loved the mini club and disco. A real highlight of her stay. The staff have such good energy and really give you peace of mind. We explored a little of the area but preferred the hotel - it’s a gem within the area.. the nearby beach is easy to walk to across the road and great for little ones. Finally the food! Every option is covered and is refreshed regularly or cooked in front of you. We loved our stay and still feel the benefit of the holiday days after. Thank you for such a wonderful time - I’ve no doubt we will be back!

The manager and his team at this hotel, are sensational. They make sure to tend to all the needs of guests and nothing was too much for them. The amenities for children are amazing. (Mini disco was a big hit!) Beautiful pools and places to relax in the sun, as well as being walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Alcudia is a treat in itself. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment for our family. The grill restaurant is an absolute must if you are staying here. Alessandro and Joanna make a phenomenal team and the food is out of this world.

Not all the foods are labelled in the main restaurant which was difficult for us as a family with Milk, Fish and Peanut allergies. The chefs were happy to answer what the food was, but I was still concerned about contamination as foods are not kept separate. Better labelling and allergy awareness is definitely needed.

Our children (3 and 6) loved the entertainment (thank you Sven and Lena especially!), found loads of food they liked at the excellent buffet breakfast and dinner and enjoyed all of the pools. We were able to relax whilst they played in the water- they have lots of shallow areas and a fun bouncy slide too. Glitter tattoos and t-shirt painting were also a hit, run by the entertainment team. The beach is a very short distance too, and is lovely with sand and no rocks, nice and shallow. We had a suite which was nice and large with a good shower. We will be back!

Food at the pool bar could have been better. Breakfast overpriced but you can cook your own food in your appartment which is a bonus. Nearby beach is not the best...but you can take 2 stops on the bus and find a better one. It is a bit of a hassle but if you like hanging out at the hotel pool anyway than this won't an issue for you..take mosquito repellent..if they like you you will need it :)

The hotel is very well taken care of, pool areas and gardens are beautiful and very clean. We had a room with private pool which was absolutely fantastic. Perfect hotel for families with kids! The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome anytime, Marco in the restaurant terrace was super and Roberto was a huge help with all our bags and was super nice to explain us all room facilities!

The price is at the upper limit for a 4-superior hotel. The buffet is nothing special to be honest and could deserve an upgrade. Also, the safety box in the room was not fixed to the wall which is something that simply has to be done to make it safe. Anyone could run away with the safety box.

Comfortable beds, very very delicious food, nice and convenient swimming pools, both for adults and for kids, easy to move around the place. Good kids club, with enough but not too much of activities. No loud music in the pools, but good animation team with fun activities. Nice evening activities. I would say just enough and the right types! Many supermarkets around (very close) so you do not have to get snacks and drinks from the bar - although both food and drinks in the bar at fair prices as well (and very good). Pool towels can be changed every day. Good cosmetics in the room, comfy slippers. Very good there was no all inclusive option at the hotel at all!

Centrally steered air-con in rooms, not always blowing enough, coffee in the room not always supplemented if used. The most annoying part though was reservation of sun beds with towels - theoretically not allowed but NO chance to get a sun bed in a shadow after 9 am... you could watch a towel race after 7:30 from your balcony 🫣

Comfortable rooms, separate whirpool bathtub , one heated pool for kids, great kids entertainment with the mini disco, nice adult entertainment. Excellent location with quick access to the beach...but the entrance next to Grupotel los principes leads to the best stretch. Do give it a try, its a 10 min walk but absolutely stunning beach.

Breakfast is okay, nothing special. Same menu everyday, picco restaurant is very average, not worth the money I felt. A couple of the staff were we felt a little indifferent to us, if not rude. We didnt see the greeting smile that you usually get , but not a big issue. Major letdown was the daily cleaning, we had our room cleaned twice out of 4 days, and those 2 times too were when we called the lady ourselves from the corridor
