The room offers just enough space for us 4 (2 parents + 2 teens), the master bedroom provides privacy (has a door). The breakfast was okay for us picky adults and great for our kids )) We booked breakfast only as for the lunch or dinner we enjoyed our beloved Figueret Restaurant (10 min walk). The restaurants nearby are extremely overpriced (we tried Can Pescador, Fusion19 with fairly mediocre cuisine and then gave up). We liked Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca with plenty of wild birds! The old city of Alcudia is very nice but please avoid it on Sunday (very crouded, very expensive for no real value, the transfer may be difficult or absent). The markets in the inland, even the regular stores in Palma are much much better. Very good pool facilities for smaller kids / toddlers. We'll be happy to come again! Heartfully recommended!

The mattress was not ideal, but just okay. Better pillows could improve our sleeping experience. Kitchen in the room will not motivate you cook there a lot ;) But frankly speaking I am trying to think of something significant and cannot really find.

Great place, kids loved it. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner each day as we had it included in price. Great location. 3 min walk to the beach. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Overall would highly recommend.

Only 1 thing. On arrival we were charged unexpectedly for 65 euro for island tax?, which was to be paid when checking in. This was not mentioned in Booking.com when booking holiday. It was noted that all taxes and charges were included in initial price.

My partner and I, and our two kids (5 years and 10 months) just spent 9 days here and we LOVED it. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean, the staff are kind, friendly and attentive, the food is decent with lots of choice, the pools are great for kids, the mini club was FANTASTIC and it’s a great location / walk to the beach. Just a perfect family hotel. Usually I like to try different places every time we travel, but I am already planning to come back here. Special thanks to Tatiana & Manuel at the restaurant, and Ilaria, Belen, Joanna, Selma & all the mini club team for being so brilliant. We felt very relaxed when we left which is a miracle with two small kids.

Beautiful accomadtion , great staff, stayed in a one bedroom suite with separate living room where there was a soda bed which was also fab. We had a jacuzzi in our lovely sun lounge area . Food was lovely mostly, 4 restaurants to choose from Winners restaurant was the best in our opinion. 5 minutes to beach walking. Stunning beach water is so warm.

Not much to complain about here. It's a lovely place settings are gardens and fruit tress . Only thing is if you want a kids free place there are alot of families staying here and they look to be having great fun..

Great pools with lots to do for kids and beautiful rooms. Location is perfect, close to the beach and several shops and restaurants.

The hotel should enforce their policy about “no sun bed reservation”, lots of towels and books on sun beds and people don’t show up until 1-2h later.

Rooms spacious for a family of 4, very clean and modern. Hotel in general was very well maintained, always lots of cleaners, gardeners around in the morning ensuring all areas kept clean. Staff extremely friendly. Overall aimed at families, lots of children's entertainment. We commented on how nobody reserved sunbeds and always plenty around however the last two days we'd noticed people started to reserve them and they wouldn't arrive until after lunch. ( our visit 6-16 Jul) before UK schools break up. We reckon we probably timed our holiday perfectly in terms of the really busy season approaching.

Sunbed issue last two days. There is a sign up at the towel station stating no reserving but this needs to be enforced. We would be really put off booking a hotel if we knew that reserving sunbeds was a thing.

The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The pool is fantastic and the food is exceptional (especially the pool bar and breakfast evening dinner options) - Staff at this location and in the main event room in the evening are very happy and attentive. There is definitely more going for this hotel than against it (despite my comments below) - We, as a family, enjoyed it and would recommend it. Ultimately the staff help make a hotel - and this was very true here.

The grill bar is very warm to eat in at night, and whilst the food was well presented we found it all quite lukewarm. Not exactly child friendly - but then maybe that's the aim? As a family of three (one teenage daughter) we found it a little 'stuffy' compared with the outstanding service in all other dining areas of the hotel. There are some really nice restaurants right beside the hotel which were much better. It was a pity the evening entertainment finished so early - the function room was pretty much empty after 10pm - the hotel seems to be missing a trick here, as the function room is a fantastic space.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The terrace with small pool was perfect for escaping the busy pool during August peak holiday season. Food and drinks from pool bar were great, buffet restaurant had lots of variety, was busy at times but always a table available. Recommend booking the Grill outdoor restaurant for a night also.

Booking.com/Hotel booking system for some reason didn't sync, we ended up with a 1 bedroom suite instead of 2 bedroom for the first night. However the hotel staff were fabulous and credited my room with the difference in value to spend at the hotel on lunches/drinks etc. also provided free drinks with dinner as an apology.

I absolutely loved the location—right across from the beach! The hotel has several swimming pools and never felt crowded, which made it extra relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, especially Carolina, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the food—it was quite varied, but unfortunately not tasty at all. Also, the housekeeping service was underwhelming; they did only the bare minimum, which didn’t meet expectations.

The hotel excelled in all areas, in particular the friendly staff. You were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern and thoughtfully designed with beautiful grounds that are kept very well. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The heated outdoor pool this time of year was brilliant. Our daughter loved the mini club and disco. A real highlight of her stay. The staff have such good energy and really give you peace of mind. We explored a little of the area but preferred the hotel - it’s a gem within the area.. the nearby beach is easy to walk to across the road and great for little ones. Finally the food! Every option is covered and is refreshed regularly or cooked in front of you. We loved our stay and still feel the benefit of the holiday days after. Thank you for such a wonderful time - I’ve no doubt we will be back!
