Amazing stay, heat worked great in our room, which was important in the middle of winter. The owner was so kind and lovely. It's in a lovely spot right at the edge of Arrowtowns main shopping street. Driving to Queenstown is super easy and it's so quiet in town when you return, it's wonderful. Sometimes the fire department alarm goes off, but it's so loud, everyone in Arrowtown must hear it. It's like you're a local! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
The car park is tiny, but we had no problem parking. If we did we would have easily parked on the street and that would have been perfectly fine. Not really a "didn't like" just a heads up.

Friendly welcome upon arrival. Small studio room which was nevertheless well laid like a tiny home space. Contained a large comfortable bed, easy chair, bedside dressers. Also had a small table. The room also contained a discreet cute little kitchenette nicely disguised, containing all the essential items required, including top plates and a microwave. Motel manager was also very generous in resupply of coffee during our stay. Ensuite bathroom was small but had a good shower with plentiful hot water. Very well located, being within extremely easy walking distance of the town centre, walking tracks, and plentiful dining options.
Small table requiring computer work to be done in one's lap. Heating was a bit of an issue, with a wall fan heater working only very intermittently (which is possibly why an oil fin heater was also located in the room), and the bathroom heater not working at all. Given that our time of visiting was during winter, these items were very essential. Ensuite bathroom was always cold and subject to a lot of condensation, even with the fan going for a period of time after having a shower. Other than hand washing soap, no shower gel or hair washing shampoo was provided. Parking is very much at a premium with only very few car spaces being available for the many units. If not early, parking on the road becomes necessary. Wi-fi was intermittent. Perseverance was needed at times.

We had the best stay here! It was such a beautiful setting with gorgeous lawns and trees! The room had everything we needed including a little kitchen, air con (they even put the heating on prior to our arrival 🥹) sky tv and a jet bath which was a lovely surprise! The bed was really comfortable and we were so so happy! It felt like a home from home! The owners were so lovely, chatty & friendly and the added surprise was their dog Jack! Such a good boy he came over to us for strokes whenever he saw us which was so nice as we were missing our dog back in England! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Loved our two night stay here. Very comfortable unit with everything that was needed. Beautiful comfy bed in separate bedroom and a spacious living area. Liked that there was plenty of space and extra little shelves in the bathroom to fit all your stuff. Lovely outlook onto garden area with lovely shady trees. Very friendly service and great location right in the heart of beautiful town - everything very close walking distance. Arrowtown was looking beautiful with all it's tree bright green in their new spring growth. Recommend hiring bikes and cycling some of the cycle trail down the Arrow river path. Great selection of restaurant options too. And don't miss the museum!
The only slight negative was how the bathroom floor near the toilet got quite wet from the shower water.

A group of self contained units in a lovely garden setting. Free parking at the back of the cottage. Also has a laundry available for guests that you pay for.Bed was really comfy and everything was there to make your own meals. Only minutes to walk into the town with lots of choices for Breakfast/ Lunch and Dinner at Cafe’s and Restaurant. We ate at The New Orleans Hotel for Dinner one night and it was great. Only about a 20 minute drive into Queenstown.

Studio is cosy, self contained and has a very comfortable bed. Shades of Arrowtown is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. Outer-lying trails for hiking and cycling are easily accessible. There is a very cute golf course 3 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk from the centre of town. Hosts; Brenda and Frank are delightful

A beautiful property in a very desirable tranquil location just along the street from the shops and restaurants and the river. We had a separate cottage in its own part of the garden, given by the host because we stayed three nights. Spacious, well equipped and perfect for our stay in this captivating town. Our host gave us helpful pointers about walks and events in the district.
Nothing; perfect.

The lady on reception was super friendly and sweet, the room was comfy and clean, and the location was pretty and near to town. totally did the job!
literally the only thing that wasn't ideal was being woken up very early by some loud warning sirens from the fire station round the corner, but that's hardly the fault of the motel so no marks lost for that.
