The hole place was nice and tidy and my aparthman was very well equiped with all the tools I need , had a fridge , oven , hub , plates , kitchen knife , vine glasses. The balcony was nice , the place was not noisy, cleaning was almost every day, staff was nice and helpfull , the location had a store for luggage , where I could keep my rented bycycle , and the rental person could pick it up without me being there , the place has a shower facility , so I could have a shower and change after checking out from my room, the beach is just 8 min away with close too the main street. The whole stay was nice and simple in there , I only had to focus on relaxing. The breakfast was nice and tasty , with not too many selection but still a nice one.

room 13 very noisy.We could not sleep properly 3 nights.There was a French kids in front of our door talking and screaming and playing with the lift all night long.This is our 3rd time here in the hotel.I wanted some sort of upgrade at least a sea view.I believe rm 13 is the worst room in the hotel.Again very noisy in the night and in the morning especially after 8 am.

Very clean and polite staff. Good location near the port and local restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the room we had was spotless ,only downfall was no Air-conditioning

Had our towels removed from the sunbeds that we were using by the lifeguard and we never got them back along with our sun cream that was with the towels. So obviously we had to buy 2 new towels and cream

My stay was fantastic. I have previously stayed with this hotel 3 times, each time great but this stay was even better. I had decided to upgrade my room a month before the holiday, and the upgrade exceeded my expectations. I love the apartments I have previously stayed in. They were perfect for a couple, clean, and the staff were always excellent. My stay this time was just such a treat, as I got the top floor apartment for me and my partner. The view was exceptional, the handwritten welcome card was a really sweet touch. As always the staff always asked if I was happy and needed anything when I passed reception. It was greatly apricated and I will 100% be returning! Some other perks on the hotel, it's a great location, super clean, the pool is well kept and there is always someone on watch which I like, overall one of my favorite places to stay in Los Cristiano :)

We felt the appartment we were staying in wasn’t overly suitable for our toddler the balcony had quite a large gap between the railings and she could have easily wiggled through so we had to keep the balcony locked at all times also we had a modern bathroom but the shower was very slippy with no bath mat our toddler took a fall and banged her head if there had been a bath it would have been a better option for us. I would definitely stay again but just be a bit more specific in what we need facilities wise. Also it was difficult to get a sun lounger

Nice hotel, we arrived early and the room was not ready but were offered a room to keep luggage in until we could get in. The pool was nice and big and good fun for kids and adults. The restaurant in the hotel was good value and served really nice food, also had entertainment in the evening. The room was nice and big with living room, kitchen, separate bedroom and decent sized bathroom. The balcony overlooked the pool, it was a good size balcony, nice to relax on.

The beds were a bit too soft for me, but that is just a personal preference.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Tenerife, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach and with easy access to everything I needed. The room (324) was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety to satisfy any craving. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tenerife!

Apartment very clean and tidy .It looked as if it was brand new . A small apartment with plenty of storage and everything that you would need as a home from home. The resort itself was well kept with an excellent pool and other facilities . When we booked we asked for a lower floor apt as my wife has slight mobility issues and they came through for us . Location Great within a ten-15 minute walk from Los christianos centre .the Market and loads of Bars and Restaurants.

Although the room was great we found that we couldn’t at times leave the curtains open to let light in as there was not a lot of privacy. A set of net like curtains would do the trick we think.

Everything was excellent, we were received with a bottle of wine and a welcoming letter when we entered our studio, the views were astonishing and the beds were super comfortable we are even planning to buy the same mattress. The best was the team who were super lovely, kind and helpful, to highlight Isidro in the reception, Leira the waitress and Andrea the waiter who were absolutely incredible to exceed our expectations. Thank you so much, hope to visit again

Nothing, everything was great

Loved the pool, air con studio (half of appartments only have fans on ceiling no air con so we were lucky) lovely balcony, quiet after 11, great for families with kids, lovely cafe next to pool, staff very helpful

Sunbed wars! You need to put your towel out THE NIGHT BEFORE in order to get a Sunbed the next day! Then at times, people took towels off and took the beds (though admittedly this only happened to us once) they need a,better system for sunbeds. The breakfast and take away pizza at reception restaurant was pretty basic and overpriced.
