The TV in the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Handy utilities available with the microwave and hairdryer. Good location, relatively close to the station (15 min walk) and several shops nearby

The dryer took 90 minutes to dry our laundry, admittedly we probably had too much in there but after I had split our one washing machine load into two loads for the dryer another guest needed to use one of the dryers so we had to combine them into one machine after 30 minutes. Also there was a bad smell in our room that didn't go away even with using the air purifier.

How the comfortable bed

I had an unfortunate experience with the bathroom at this hotel. After draining the bathwater, it unexpectedly backed up, flooding the entire bathroom. Debris also came out through the sink, which made quite a mess. This issue was unpleasant and disruptive. I hope the hotel can address it to improve the experience for future guests.

female staff was very helpful and surprisingly spoke english very well

we really thought the bfast would be a buffet/spread but it was just a coupon for a sandwich and a drink at a nearby coffee shop which was a 5min walk away from the hotel.

Near to the train station

Our room smells cigarettes.i booked non smoking room but the smells made me uncomforatzble and was not able to sleep well

Location. 10' walking from Meitetsu station.

Was smelly, we had smoking room. Wasn't very clean.

Able to walk to Nagoya St. Many places for food and shopping. Staff did take our luggage early.

Tiny room, no facilities, couldnt get extra pillow.

The manager couldn’t doing he/she the proper approach to their costumers and very rude and doesn’t care what the costumers complains only their cares getting money from costumers and bad service ..not recommendable and no actions from the managements to give time what are the problems of their costumers .BIG HEAD AND STUBBORN bad attitudes bad manners not happy and never never stay in livemax
