We stayed in a room with a private bathroom. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom was much bigger than we expected. They brought us new towels almost every day or every second day. The staff was nice and friendly. The most important part for us was the flexible check-in and check-out times. Our flights were at quite inconvenient times (late in the evening and early in the morning) but the staff made sure that we were able to check-in and check-out when it was best for us.

The one thing we didn't like is that the bedroom didn't have a window but at least there was a window in our bathroom. Also, the staff communicated with us in Italian, so keep that in mind if you are not an Italian speaker. However, I think you would manage to communicate using Google Translate.

I enjoyed my short stay at La Chiostrina! The place is actually a flat in an shared house, situated on the ground floor. It is like a house where every room is a guest room. Very sweet. The room was ready for me, not big but exceptionally clean with everything one might need, including a convertor for electric appliances; nice bathroom, including a bidet embedded in the toilet with hot water, very nice! great shower too. Comfortable bed. good warm blankets. Places to put coat and trolley. I arrived late at night and had a very clear instructions on how to get in and check in during the night. Instruction arrived to my whatsup so it was really easy to enter. Breakfast was ready on time. Check out was also very simple with a trustful and friendly staff. Lovely setting, on the main road but completely quiet, next to bus, not far from the Metro, with a little supermarket and some local cafes nearby.

Breakfast was basic, with everything coming from plastic and not fresh and very basic (only butter and industrial jam to spread on the bread, industrial cookie and croissant). It was mainly to have a cup of coffee and a bite before going out to have real breakfast somewhere else, but the coffee machine worked and that's the most important thing in the morning :) I couldn't find how to heat the room. As it was not very cold and I arrived VERY late at night, I did not ask. But it would have been best to leave instructions on that issue (heating in the winter, cooling in the summer)

Nice location, helpful staff, clean room, useful tools like a corkscrew at the kitchen

It was a bit difficult to guess which key is from which door during the self check in, would be nice to have some markings in them

The room is very cozy and clean. The staff was extremely polite to us and always available to help us with anything. The neighborhood is also good and very close to Vatican City. I highly recommend it.

Close to the objectives. 1 km - Vatican, 1.5 km to the Castelo Sant Angelo, 2 km from Fontana di Trevi. Close to the Appiano Railway Station - 5 min of walk. Restaurant close - Il Sagra del Vino (best roman food restaurant from the city (personal opinion). To get to the property from Fiumicino Airport you will take the train to Appiano and you have to change it in Roma Trastevere.

Breakfeast could be more complex. I have nothing else to complain about.

Great considering the price. It was a self check-in & check-out service, but the staff was always there to respond your needs through messages. Comfy bed and quiet room.

Location is great, close to the Vatican city. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and tidy. Bed is amazing, better than the one I have at home. So comfy. Also, is it a really safe place, basically you have to unlock four doors to reach your room. Thums up for safety.

There is no signal in the room, WiFi is quite bad because is a low ground apartment and in this times when everyone is posting things online for job, that is quite a huge deal and important thing.

Very friendly helpful staff. Location was great. Close to Cipro station and also pretty much next door to a supermarket. Very quiet and clean

The location is easy to reach by public transport. The host explained with detail how to make the self check in, so it was easy and straightforward. The room we stayed wasn't very big, but comfy and had all the essentials.
