Lovely old building, which appears to be a mixture of holiday let's, offices and residential. The location was excellent for the metro, for the Vatican and for parts of the historic centre. The metro in Rome is not the best with stops on the perifery of the historic centre. A little more information on how to get around by bus would have been helpful. Just down the road from some good restaurants and bars.

It is on a busy street yet it was fairly quiet in the room. We had workmen in the room above us who started banging at 0730hrs all day. This was not the fault of the hotel, but it did effect the pleasure of our stay.

We stayed in a superior room with a terrace for 3 nights. We arrived early in order to leave our luggage, but were able to check into our room as it was ready. The hosts were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size, very modern and comfortable with an extremely comfortable bed. Great location - plenty of places to eat within close proximity and only a 5 minute walk to the metro. The guest house is on the 2nd floor of a large old building, and contrary to other comments we had no difficulty finding it - you just have to look for number 88 in the street, and press the buzzer which is clearly marked. Overall, highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

It was close to Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and metro station. The room and bathroom were spacious, the mini-fridge in the room was very useful, the common kitchen was ok to have breakfast inside. The bed was just perfect for us and I loved the fact that we had access to an ironing machine and that there was always a nice, cool temperature in the guesthouse, which was great after dealing with the 38-39 degrees Celsius outside . We could also deposit our luggage at the reception in our last day since we had an afternoon flight.

We had no hot water in 2 out of 3 nights spent there, when we arrived after 22:00. We let the water run for more than 10 minutes and still it did not get warm. This issue was only at night. In the morning or during daytime there were no problems.

The guest house is in the perfect location, close enough to walk to the metro or local sites but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of noisy tourist areas. It was quiet at night which let us have a good nights sleep. The room was lovely with a large bed and beautiful decoration. We had all the amenities. Staff were brilliant and very polite.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit sensitive at times but that is being really nitpicky. It was perfect for what our needs and wants were. A mini fridge would be great but we were visiting in the autumn so our water was cool outside of a fridge and it’s not an essential.

Location was brilliant, Close to the metro and also walking distance to the main attractions (or bus/metro if you're not fit enough to walk) lots and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hair dryer was powerful for one of the on the wall ones. Smart TV with netflix/prime was a nice touch. Vending machine was great, cheap snacks and drinks.

Bed was a bit creaky and shower took a while to heat up. Few minor things like that but nothing bad enough to take away from the overall experience being very good.

I sleep with the window open, it was a little noisy late at night and during the early hours of the morning which is normal in a city, it wouldn't put me off staying there again. Plus there is aircon in the room for use in the summer.

The check in was easy and communication with Manager was superb. Excellent location .Very comfortable bed. Spotless room. The shared kitchen area was very handy too.

The shower only worked if you ran the taps on the sink. When we asked for help it was quickly given. However a plumber needs to be called. Otherwise all good.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was cosy, clean, and it was also perfectly located—super easy to get around the city, with public transport and major attractions within easy reach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome!

Location worked well for me. Late check-in, due to travel difficulties, was provided. Lots of places nearby to eat, drink or buy necessities. Shared kitchen was convenient, though not utilized.

I prefer having a refrigerator in my room. The shared fridge was small and the icebox needed defrosting. The room was definitely big enough to accommodate one.

Absolutely loved my stay! The online check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The highlight for me was the spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying some downtime. Plus, the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, with the Vatican Square just a short 10-minute walk away. And to top it off, breakfast at a nearby café was included in the price. Highly recommend this place!
