Very clean & great location. Staff very friendly & helpful. We stayed for 4 nights. I would stay here again just for the location. Our room is not too bad either but a bit pricey for what you get with the room. However, it got cleaned every day which was nice.

Stairs not as safe as it should be. Needed a railing to hang onto on both sides. I had a broken wrist 5weeks prior to my arrival in Rome & my hand was still in a cast so navigating the steep stairs was a bit risky. Thank goodness, I didn’t have any accident going up & down the stairs. Carrying luggage up to our room when we arrived was also a challenge but there was staff to assist upon check out.

The location was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff or owner because the hotel is not using WhatsApp. Furthermore, if assistance is required with anything the staff is only at the hotel in the morning. There was no one to greet guests if you arrive in the afternoon. They provide a code to get into the hotel. Once your in then you pick up an envelope with the keys. I had a panic upon arrival because for some reason the door was not opening with the code and I couldn’t reach anyone since all I had was WhatsApp to call. After several tries I got in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, close to everything – we were able to do everything on foot, enjoy the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon at night, go out for dinner nearby, and it was also very easy to call a van or Uber to get to the airport. The service, room cleanliness, and comfort were all perfect. I highly recommend it

I liked everything

The location is perfect, we walked to all the destinations we didn't need a car. We checked in online, and it was easy when we arrived at 3:00 AM. The staff are nice and helpful, they clean the room everyday and asked if you need any extra stuff.

There is no elevator, so when we arrived at 3:00 AM we had to carry out all our luggage to the room. Wi Fi connection is a little bit slow and most of the time I used my phone data. There is no room service 24 hrs as many hotels.

Excellent location. Allowed us to access all sights on foot. Our suite was well decorated & furnished.

There are communal facilities in the breakfast area for tea/coffee making but not enough mugs/cups are left out to allow the kettle/coffee machine to be used when needed. We would have preferred a kettle/mugs in our room.

Breakfast was basic but good and well within expectations. Room was modern and clean. This is not a hotel experience and does not pretend to be. It suited all our needs. Minibar was good prices if caught short.

There is a coffee maker in the kitchen area, but no pods. It would be nice to make a coffee oneself to take to the room.

It was near the Pantheon and close to many attractions. The room was big enough and the view from my room was fantastic. Was able to book last minute when the family suite I booked for myself and other family members got too crowded and I needed some space.

The property was very clean, updated, contemporary. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Frequent email updates about stay and how to access the property if we arrived outside of front desk staffing hours. Location was awesome! Close to Trevi Fountain and about a 30 min walk to Coliseum. Taxi stand just down the street beside the APPLE store. Lots of dining options nearby. Free Breakfast included as well.

Location Location Location! Perfect place to see all the city by foot!

Not a complaint just a fact, no elevator, 2nd floor rooms so you do have a flight of stairs, not a problem for me, just be aware. Only other thing is lighting in the bathroom was really dim.

The hotel has reached out and requested my arrival time once they realized i will be arriving early they managed to confirm an early check in on my arrival without me requesting for such is really nice they further provide a transport which i recommend for convenience. The Hotel is in the center of Rome you will be able to reach any place within walking distance.
