The design of the room very unique compare to others resort in malaysia. This design idea was superb.

Perfect for families with kids! The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming and safe environment. Just a note for future guests: the property is located on higher ground, so not all Grab drivers may be able to reach the exact drop-off point. However, the resort provides a contact number and offers assistance with electric buggies to ensure smooth transport within the premises. I stayed in monkey room. It was clean but the floor is a little bit slippery and wet maybe due to water underneath the floor

I feel like the resort was underrated, but I'd easily give it 5 stars. It's perfect for families with kids or anyone who are looking for a cozy "glamping" vibe. 1.We stayed in the Monkey room & Villa. The sea view was stunning, and the villa was spacious. Outside the villa, there was a basin and a long table where we could have dinner with family or even enjoy a steamboat. 2.The infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea was fantastic and we have a fun time with the water slide too. 3.The staff were all very kind and helpful. 4.Breakfast was decent. Although there weren't many options, everything tasted great. We especially loved the Nasi lemak, mee goreng, and scramble eggs. During the off-peak season, we were the only guests one day, so they served us a customized ala carte breakfast, which was delicious. (Fried rice, fried mee hoon, kueyteyo, noodles, and yummy scramble eggs). Location: It is just beside the Aloft resort and around 14 min car distance to Pantai cenang.There are some spa, and restaurants aside the road. Suggestions: 1.The road that entry the front gate of the restaurant is quite steep, not easy for bezza. 2.It would be better if they could have a renovation on the pool area and the facilities for kids like the aeroplane slide, bicycle as it looks a little bit run down.However, it won't impact our fun time. 3.I would suggest to put a stand fan outside the toilet of the 2nd floor of the villa room type, as the weather is super hot.

Place is defenitly recommended for families because of the large pool area,which was in good shape and taken care of. Nice theme bungalows for kids. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, we felt welcome all the time. The Place was not to crowded, which was good during using the pools. Not recommended for adults only.

There could be more fresh fruits at the breakfast buffet whicht is really easy to get in Langkawi. Place is on top of the hills and the road up is really challenging to walk up. Guests get free rides up and down with an electric buggy by the staff so guests need to call them to get picked up. Worked very good, but not everyone has a Malaysian mobile card, specially if staying just a few days, so this can get really expensive due to roaming costs.

A great place for families! The kids' pool was excellent, and the resort is very peaceful perfect for relaxing and staying in at night. It's located on a hill, so not all Grab drivers come up, but the buggy service is always available and reliable. The staff were very friendly, especially Qasim,he was extremely helpful and humble. Overall, a calm and pleasant stay in Langkawi.

Just one thing to note: it gets too quiet after 8:30 PM — not ideal if you’re looking for any evening activities.

Our stay in Langkawi was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, and the facilities, including the pool and beautiful surroundings, were excellent. The place was well-maintained, offering both comfort and relaxation.

What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. I would like to give special mention to Mr. Qasim, whose warmth, professionalism, and helpful nature made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

It was quirky and really good for children. the water play and slides were super fun and Micky came out to great and hang with the kids.

Breaky was ok. it was really nice that they had the egg section but they could do better with the quality of sausages (maybe just have small amounts ready to be cooked if someone wants them…) staff were really nice 😊 room cleanliness could be better. When we arrived the room smelled musty and the cupboards were dusty. Some rooms need a bit of repairing, but if those are fixed it’s an amazing family hotel. The Buggy service was awesome and staff was really nice 😊

Firstly, Harun, the main person we dealt with most of the time, was the perfect host. From informing us about the facilities, to being on call for our needs, and frequent buggy ride from the main road to the hotel which is on the small hill. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Cleans the room well and replenishes the coffee, tea, water, and toilets well. Rooms were nice size and unique being a dome. Beds were comfortable. The pool with slides and kids water playground is perfect. Had a dry play room for kids and also an air hockey table. Nice view for sunset. At nice sitting area when the turn on the neon lights. Perhaps the best place to stay in langkawi if you have younger kids, and dont want the noise or business of Cenang beach.

Good to be looking into some maintenance - watermelon room tiles seems to be popping up, safety issue. Also tiles in the swimming pool are popping up too. Swimming pool has a lot of debris and a little murky. Time for cleaning. The kids play room, is a nice place that could use a bit of a beatification as improvement. Would be nice to have a ralling outside of room to air out wet clothes as there isnt much space on the inside to do so. Overall I'd still say this is a great play to stay! The improvements will go a long way. Hope they stay here for many years to come.

The staff is super friendly and accommodates all my requests for my daughter's birthday. Mickey is super friendly and my kids love him. Had a really good night sleep and i can take rest knowing that my kids are safely playing within the resort facilities. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Would love to come again.

Kids pool needs a bit of maintenance and kids play room toys need to be replaced.
