Not much cleaning in the rooms

Swimming pool area was good and clean although we did not use it due to the weather. The room had all that we needed but was a little bit tired. Staff were excellent

The entrance was on a known path known as muggers alley so felt a little uneasy coming back in the dark. The room was a little tired and felt unwelcoming. No extra colour to it. Very little storage space for our little bits in lounge. The bed setee was dirty. Provided me with an iron but it was old and had something on it which caused it to burn a hole in my blouse which I was not happy about.

Very clean apartment with a big balcony where you get a fabulous view onto the other hotels and the sea. It's especially lovely at night when Benidorm is all lit up. Very quiet location but also close to the beach and the nightlife. Hairdryer, microwave, kettle and toaster and fridge were very handy. The cleaner came in twice and changed towels etc and was very thorough. Overall I was very impressed with the apartment entrance and reception it was so clean. I especially liked the fact that you could store your cases with no hassle and have a shower in the facilities and you were supplied with a towel. I would also like to say the staff on the reception were all lovely. I didn't use the bar and pool but it looked really nice.

The wfi kept dropping off which was disappointing. Although you are dropped off at Hotel Helios there is no sign for Primavera Loix so it's difficult to know which direction to take.

The room we were eventually allocated was excellent, it was clean, great views, comfortable beds and good air conditioning which contributed to a great holiday, the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

The first room we were allocated didn't meet our expectations, one bed had a perfect mattress however the second one was uncomfortable, the aircon wasn't up to much either, i went to reception to express my concerns and they couldn't have been more helpful and allocated us another room which was excellent and made our stay a pleasant one.

Fantastic Self Catering Apartments with all the amenities you will need to make your holiday a Great one. There is a 24hr reception in the front lobby to greet you no matter what time you arrive at. All the staff are professional and Curteous always greeting you with a smile to make your stay at the Apartments a memorable one. The Apartments have wonderful walk in showers and are spacious and very clean .Pool area is great with lovely swimming pool and the area has plenty of sunbeds and is a real suncatcher when the sun 🌞 is out. They also have two jacuzzis at the swimming pool area as well which is fantastic for self catering apartments. There is a lovely bar/cafe area which has very reasonable pricing and their atmosphere is fantastic complete with pool table .Would definitely stay at these apartments again had a Fantastic time.

Clean spacious room with great facilities in the kitchen area for light cooking. Great bathroom and spacious shower. Exceptionally large sunny balcony with table and chairs. Five minute walk to the bars but far enough to not to be disturbed by the noise. 10 minute walk to the sea front. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The pool area was not open initially but when it did the pool was freezing (February as expected). The hot tub was empty so could not be used. Bar was not open either.

Absolutely fantastic staff always happy to help and location was ideal for the centre but far enough from noise and hustle and bustle. Great value for money

The beds are rock hard(fussy sleeper) but the place was cleaned very well. I ended up with bites from the sofa bed which was actually more comfortable than the beds but all in all wouldnt hold that against the hotel considering the overall stay

The property had a great location and had a very nice pool area with a well priced pool bar for drinks and snacks. There were also two cold water hot tubs which were enjoyable with the jets. We also had a very large balcony and the room was spacious for two people. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was powerful (I hate ones that dribble water).

Check inn could have been a bit clearer with information as it was all very quick and we had to go down to ask questions about the lockbox and the pool times ect and some of the glassware in the cupboard hadn’t been washed properly but these aren’t overly huge things for us, these were literally the only two negatives we could give.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartments. Friendly staff, great location and a good price. The towels and sheets were changed twice in a week. The room was spacious and warm and the beds were comfortable. Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a two ring hob. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Five minutes walk away from the beach and all the bars, but quiet at night for a good nights sleep. I've been to Benidorm over a hundred times and these are probably one of the best apartments I've stayed in. I will definitely be back here. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment size was great, and the size of the balcony was amazing with fab views. The pool area was so clean, and the bar played great music. Bar staff were very friendly and great prices. Reception staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, and we can't wait to go back!

The apartment was very clean on arrival. However, we had no cleaning service or sheets changed during our 10 days, we were supposed to get fresh towels every 3 days, and we had to request them and toilet paper from reception who were helpful. We would add, however, that this would not stop us from returning as we loved the apartments and will be back next year.
