I enjoyed my stay at Loft 32. The staff were friendly, facilities were clean and my room was cleaned everyday and the location was perfect for access to other facilities. Neighbourhood is safe. You wake up to the birds in the trees. Nice cafe shop downstairs and a gym (if interested). 10 minute walking distance to a shopping center. Overall 7/10 for me.

My only challenge was the barrier language, staff doesn't speak English and the signage could be bigger for easier reference when offering persons directions to the place. There is no kitchen facility. I suggest a microwave in the rooms so guest can heat up whatever leftovers they bring back.

The Hotel was located within a safe neighbourhood, a 5-10min walk to the main bit of Laureles. Staff were very friendly and even packed my suitcase for me upon leaving. The room was very modern and upto standards with a fully stocked minibar. Excellent coffee shop downstairs.

The property doesn't have many facilities such as pool etc but this is known before booking the room and can't bring the overall rating down. However the property is more like a apartment building rather than a hotel.

I wish we had a couch inside the room to sit on, that is one recommendation I would love for the hotel to have in the room a couch to sit on. Most of the sitting arrangement was on the bed, having a couch to sit on is more comfortable than sitting on the bed that I am sleeping in, overall the place is excellent I've been staying there for over 4 years now. It is my go to place to stay in medellin, my number one favorite place to stay.

I like the place, it is close to everything. restaurants and nightclubs, cafe's supermarket medical center malls, parks to walk an exercise and most of all the birds, very colorful.

I had an amazing stay at. Everything was well-organized, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service was outstanding, with great attention to detail, making the experience truly enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

The hotel is just like in the picture. The room, the bathroom and the whole building is perfectly clean, well equipped. The minibar offer is great, they even had some extra toiletry. I really enjoyed that the shower had very good water pressure and real hot water. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The neighborhood is pleasant, we did not feel unsafe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well designed and super clean. The surrounding is area is quite nice aswell as you can find many restaurants in walking distances and the hotel itself is located in a quite area. I totally recommend it!

I didn't like the mix of cold and warm light in the room and the soccet in the bathroom didn't work

Everything is new and it was impeccably clean, the staff was very good to us and helped us with our needs, they had small toiletries and liquids in the minibar inside the room that you could purchase should you need to. There is a small gym and coffee shop downstairs and the owners there are nice as well The view was very nice and location superb. Definitely would go back

There is no a/c so in the day and until late evening it gets hot, even though at night temperatures drop and they have a small fan. Beds were a bit hard so our back did hurt a little. The windows are not very soundproof, thankfully it is a calm street but you can still hear cñearly the vehicles

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was exactly how it is in the photos - clean and spacious. Location was great - such a lovely neighbourhood in Medellin. Would definitely recommend and wish we stayed longer.

The room was really warm. There’s no aircon but a fan which wasn’t that strong.

Hot - fan helpful but needs air con with the large windows There is actually enough space for a small kitchenette where the hanging space is, and the wardrobe could be moved to face the desk.

I love the location I love the birds at the window I love the place it's very comfortable and I can get around very easily

This was my 10th visit and what I like most of all it's the windows looking at the birds from inside and the greens plants and flowers across the road but most of all the staff was very helpful very nice and always there to help you
