The owner of this lovely home was always very responsive, making communication easy and seamless. We appreciated the clear, detailed instructions for a smooth self-check-in process. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of Mount Fuji, which made for a perfect backdrop as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The place was spotless, with two toilets and one bathroom, which added to the convenience. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and being able to do so without meeting the host in person was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, scenic stay!

The road leading to the house is a bit tricky to navigate, especially if you’re not used to driving on narrow streets.

We liked how the location was near the lake, quiet and was very comfortable. It has enough rooms and space for big families/ a big group of friends. Although there was only one shower room, this did not affect us too much as the other amenities and services provided were great. One thing to highlight was that one of us left behind a valuable and the host was quick to respond so that we could retrieve it in the evening even though we have check out in the morning.

What an amazing house to stay in. The views of Mount Fuji are just incredible, the photos do not do it justice. We had an brilliant 4 night stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with great communication. Thank you. We travelled using the JR train pass, transfer to and from the house was perfect. The house also came with bicycles, they were a game changer. We used them all the time, for local shops, attractions and the lake. Definitely visit the Kawaguchi Asama Shrine. This house was just perfect for our family stay, with really close views of Mount Fuji

The terrance is great for having breakfast and night bbq with Fujiyama view... Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds With clear instructions for all the facilities in the house, guest account for Netflix Its is a great place to stay provided that u drive

Its better to have the blind for the door connected to the bacolny in one of the bedroom.....wake up by the sunlight in the early morning😂

Nice facilities, good view .It's very comfortable.

We use a little long time to find the key box because we can't find the front door. We misunderstood that the rear door is a front door and we found another key box but can't open. But just a little problem ,hope it'll be useful if next customer can find it easier. And one more struggle is our luggages are very big, so it's hard to bring upstair.

Great view! Nice to be able to take a bicycle. Nice outdoor and beautiful bedrooms. Great to have two separate toilets.

It can be quite complicated with all the devices in the house. Fortunately there is a map with all different kind of manuals. There is a bit of a smell in the bathroom, you have to make sure to turn on the ventilation every once in a while

Fantastic view of Mt Fuji in quiet location. Two toilets located at 1st and 2nd storey which are not common in Japanese villa. Normally, there is only 1 toilet in a 3 bedrooms villa. Comfy bed.

Me and my family love this property very much… actually this was my second stay n visit to the same unit… no words can’t express how much I love this property… It gave me the feeling…. I m back to my own home

The view, the location

Excellent villa on the North shore of Kawaguchiko. We were greeted by a majestic view of Fuji in the morning, and very close to a number of attractions and amenities while in a secluded and peaceful area. Dont forget to try the noodles at the nearby Hotou Fudou!, and the excellent fujiyama onsen.

amazing view of Mt Fuji. the pictures are real. :) it’s only 2.4km from the oishi park or even nearer to just the shore line of the lake kawaguchi. can ride free bicycles. it’s really worth it if you are travelling as a group. it’s not a romantic getaway.
