Location is next to a bus stop, 5 min walk to the transport museum + lake. The room was clean, it has a sink, towels and wardrobe.

There were a few things I didn't enjoy during my stay: The shower facilities were not available on every floor. My room was on the third floor, but I had to go down to the second floor to take a shower. It is not really a big deal but the hotel was extremely quiet in the evening. I didn't see any staff or other guests around, which made me feel uneasy when I had to go to the toilet/shower. I could hear noises from other guests, but never actually saw anyone The lights in the hallway and toilets were motion-activated. On two occasions, they turned off while I was inside the toilet. Although it only lasted a few seconds, it was enough to startle me.

We appreciated how big the room was. The bathroom was very clean and so the rest of the room. The gym was also well equipped. Parking cost us 10 CHF for one day thanks to the validation from reception. We took the bus into Lucern which is only a 10 to 18 minute ride. The bus stop is at your doorstep.

It is not soundproofed, we could hear a person snoring and a phone vibrating every now and again. The cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning both with the chatting and moving furniture around for cleaning I suppose. We only received one set of keys, but it would have been nice to have had the option of grabbing two sets. Lastly the pillow was extremely uncomfortable as it was super flat the minute you put your head on it.

We only stayed here a single night as the last stop during our honeymoon before heading home. We liked that breakfast was offered even though it was an extra 20CHF (10 CHF per person) in our case. The location was easy to get to by bus which was free to use with the free bus pass that's given with the hotel reservation and downloadable prior to the check in. This location is also very close to a Migros store so getting some quick groceries or items is easy. There are also some restaurants around within walking distance but the options aren't as numerous as a location in the center of town. There was also a small fridge in the room (we stayed in 102) so we were able to have cold water or protein drinks which was a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet had some nice options that would accommodate all diet styles besides vegan regarding protein options. But we had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, apples, for example. The bathroom towels are also massive which is really nice! The staff were also very kind and accommodating with our check in.

As with many of our stays we noticed there was no fan in the room to allow for air circulation. We would love to see more rooms offer a standing fan that can be used on an "as needed" basis to help with airflow and heat. The heat required us to sleep without blankets entirely. The shower water also leaks out of the shower quite a bit due to the low lip on the shower itself so the floor of the small bathroom got quite wet. The wifi signal in our room 102 was also quite spotty and weak, losing connection often and requiring me to be near the door to the room to preserve connection. Placing another wifi emitting device closer to that side of the building would help this problem.

The location was great for the pricing. It was not near the main town historic center but we knew that. The room was wonderful and there were beds for the five of us. There was a large bed for us parents and three small beds set up for our children. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The host gave good directions on how to get to the location and where to park. We enjoyed the room and would come again.

It took a while to figure out the lighting for the bathroom. In the end we needed to use a plastic object to move the switch over on the wall it was hard to push with my fingers because it was so tight.

It felt like we were the only guests, it was super quiet. The room was huge with everything we needed. It even has a balcony. We chose this hotel because of its location: the proximity to the Swiss Transport Museum is just a few minutes of walking. The lake promenade is very close too.

It was clean and the staff were very good and helpful. Its location suited us as Lucerne is very expensive. We were still able to walk into the town and the bus also made it very convenient for us.

The weather was very hot on our stay, therefore it became uncomfortable without air conditioning. Unfortunately the chef was away sick on the first day when we had paid for breakfast so we felt that breakfast and service was somewhat limited on that day and overall limited in choice on the other days.

Great location for transport museum and also not far at all to get back into the town for sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and it was lovely to have a little balcony to get some fresh air. We had plenty of towels and bedding.

Shower floods the bathroom floor as the curtain doesn't hang to the ground. There's little noise damping between the bathroom and bedroom. There's no kettle in the bathroom and the only option for hot water is to use the vending machine at reception and that costs 4.50CHF per cup - more than £4 GBP.

The communication from the hotel was prompt. They answered all queries relating to the stay promptly. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They even installed a cot for our toddler. The en-suite was clean, basic, and functional. We checked in at 11:00 p.m., so they had an envelope ready for us to pick up at the reception as the check-in was only open until 18:00.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and we couldn't find an elevator in the building.

Nice Room and helpful front desk. They provided Public transport card which helped us to hop over any Bus for all attractions around. Big plus was Migros was neaby and bus stop was just 3 minute's away. Only thing was we did not have a lift in the properly which made us lift all the luggage to 2nd floor. This never bothered as the Hotel was very quiet and allowed late entry with a sensor which opened the main entrance. Recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful. You will be charged only 10 FR for 24 hours parking if you request that at the reception desk. (You can park first then ask reception to modify the parking ticket) Thanks the gentleman in reception desk who helped me to operate the machine. Thank you! The room is big and clean. The location is great, multiple buses available to city center in less than 10 minutes. There is a Migro super market right in front of the hotel (not open in public holidays and Sundays, lol).

No elevator. From the pictures in booking I though this hotel "should" have an elevator but I was wrong. This hotel is renovated from a church so it doesn't have an elevator. If you have large and heavy luggages it will be a headache...
