The hotel is located at a nice location where you will find peace with the good views. The room size is really big with a balcony to enjoy the view. Staff are very helpful and they was happy to give me a guide to Luzern when I asked them, also there is a discount paper they can give you for the activities in Luzern. Car parking was free which is great to find in Switzerland.

The breakfast is so limited. This hotel and many other hotels on Switzerland are using sustainability philosophy which I don’t like, so you should move your baggage with the trolly by yourself, there is no A/C but during my stay the weather was good etc. so you should be aware that you should depend on your self here. Lobby closes 21:00.

Away from the crowds. Nice place to relax. It's even better if you are a golfer. Fantastic views of the course, the lake, and Mount Pilatus. They reception staff were also helpful with advice re trips around lucerne. Small and Boutique Hotel with a reasonably good restaurant. .

The fact that the waiters in the restaurant aren't too polite and welcoming of the few hotel guests as they are to serving the local golfing folks. This hotel is best reached if you have your own vehicle as the local bus stop to the city is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed that daily walk slightly uphill at a leisurely pace.

The view was amazing and the food at the restaurant was delicious. They were very kind to my child and borrow my son toys. When I was leaving, I found a toy that I really liked and asked if I could buy it, and a kind staff member said he would give it to me as a gift, so I ended up receiving a toy. I was so touched by their kindness that I would like to express my gratitude for their wonderful hospitality. The view of the mountains at sunset was amazing, and the sea of ​​clouds in the morning was also amazing. I could eat breakfast while watching the golfers and breathe in the clean air of the plateau. I would like everyone to stay at this wonderful hotel.

The rooms are beautiful - elegantly decorated, spacious, and wow what a view! Staff very friendly and we loved breakfast and dinner and having the chance to use the driving range with that jaw-dropping view. We were concerned before coming about the distance from centre of town but need not have been - it was very easy (and free) to reach via bus in less than 20 mins.

Could have benefited from two pillows each. Main part of bedroom relies on side lamps for lighting but there was no lighting where you put the suitcases so could be a bit harder to find clothes at night time. As a family of four in one room, the open plan shower made us giggle but was ok.

Gorgeous location. Spacious rooms, modern facility, good breakfast, beautiful grounds to relax and walk in. We spent quite a bit of time lounging in the patio and it was very calming.

Rooms don’t have AC and something about the placement of the rooms didn’t allow for airflow even though we kept the doors open. Our thermostat in the room never went below 27 degree centigrade. And that’s hot and uncomfortable. The staff did their best and provided us with fans but we didn’t get much relief. So be aware of this when booking in summer months. Even though they gave us bus passes, we found it to not be super convenient to get into town and used Uber/taxis, so do factor that in. Also it’s not a24 hour front desk. And dinner service closes fairly early.

The view is breathtaking, the beds are very confortabile, the rooms are clean, perfect bathroom and overall the surroundings are good for 30 min walk with amazing view over Luzern lake and city. Also close by the city center (10 min by car).

The restaurant downstairs is not that good. Very salty food, no finesse and very expensive for this type of “cantine food”. Also if any major allergies, please be careful since for gluten intolerant might be contamination. (Ex: the platter with meats and cheeses marked “gluten free” on the menu comes with some baked roll touching the rest). The breakfast had very little choice. If you do not come early, there is almost nothing. We came down at 9:30 (breakfast is till 10) and there was only 1 croissant left (plus some cheese and meats). I have asked for another one and the lady politely told me that they only bake 1 per guest and someone took more. In the end she was nice and gave us another one (FYI: there were more of the same of croissants in the vitrine, but for sale 1.8 CHF).

great hotel in a great location near luzern. They gave a mice view on the lake abd a golf course. The reception staff were great and helpful. They also gave a city pass for the bus. Their breakfast is OK with the necessary ( they have eggs, cereal, some fruits). The room is huge with nice balcony. The bathroom is split into 2 sections, the toilet is in one side , then the sink is out side and next to it is the shower box which is in glass so the room is for couples.

The pillows are too soft for me.

We loved our stay, the view was breath-taking, breakfast was excellent, and the room cleanliness was exceptional. The people were nice as well, and the size of the room is big too! We also loved our golf experience! It was a lovely stay, thank you!

The room was extremely hot and we tried to put it in the coolest temperature, but I think it was broken. Also, the bed is a queen size; for the price we paid, a king size would have been better, but it was not a deal-breaker because it was in the description. We also added a spare bed for my brother for 70+ CHF, but the bed was unfortunately tight and not solid enough. The mattress was very thin too, which is not good if you have back problems, which we mentioned and asked about before adding the spare bed. During the night, he was scared to fall down because the bed was not solid enough.

The breakfast was below average. And also the room service and reception not availble 24 hour. Only till 8 so if you need anything after that no help.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was nice. Very accommodating to our 8 month old baby.

The room was stuffy. I think they need to look into air circulation as the room would get very warm. We couldn’t have the balcony door open as the smell of wood fire and people smoking downstairs would drift into our room where the baby was sleeping.
