Lovely room with amazing views. Quiet & comfortable. Bus stop very close, easy to get around.

The fan in our room didn’t work, we did report it to front desk but it didn’t get repaired. I had a bit of trouble getting help from staff when requesting a couple of wine glasses for our room they told me they were all too busy, eventually the receptionist grabbed a couple for me. The breakfast was quite nice though limited choices, staff at breakfast time were lovely.

- We loved the location. It is outside city center but close enough to get to by bus. The bus stops a few meters from the hotel. - Guests get free travel pass within Lucerne for the whole duration of their stay in the hotel. - The room has a balcony with stunning views of the lake, Mt. Pilatus and the alps on a clear day. - We were very early for check-in time but we were able to leave our luggage in their locker room so we still got to explore Mt. Pilatus without our luggage. - Daniel from reception helped us out with transport details on how to go to Mt. Pilatus from the hotel.

- For the price, the rooms don't have AC and the fan provided is very dusty. - Room was not very clean like they forgot to vacuum the floor or something but the rest are clean. Just not the floor. - lift is very tiny. Can only fit like 3 people.

The view from the room and restaurant is amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful and always there for you in case you need anything. The rooms are clean, spacious, with the incredible view of the mountain. The internet is working in entire building with no problems. Breakfast is good as well. Overall everything vas perfect for us and we will come back for sure!

No slippers

Friendly staff, ready access to a car park (€15 a day) and water front location only 3km from Lucerne city centre. Free public transport pass with bus stop outside hotel, so easy to get into the city or walk along the lake front.

Relatively small room, albeit with a small walk in robe, but having 2 suitcases there was little room.

Spacious room and bathroom. Balcony towards the lake. Fantastic location. Very well connected to Lucerne city center by free( provided by the hotel) public transport.

The hotel staff at the reception could have been a bit more communicative. This was the first time I experienced a hotel receptionist not telling me during checking-in which way to take to go to our room.

Breakfast was very good. (we thought it was included with room rate so my mistake) Patio bar across the street on water front was nice. Friendly front desk staff.

We found it fairly warm at night / during the day because we couldn’t get the window to stay open.

View of the lake and Mt Pilatus from our bed - Amazing. Staff, Daniel and all others were so kind and helpful. Food at restaurant was first class, I had the beef cheek and veggies. Easiest bus ride No. 24 in and out of town, bus stop right outside hotel. Highly recommend.

the location. although it’s about a 10 minute drive to the main area of the city, it was a nice hotel in front of the lake. very peaceful and serene. if you don’t have a car, there’s a bus that run every 15 minutes to go to town, and the hotel gives you passes for free transportation! if you have a car, there is parking on site.

i loved every thing about this hotel! except for the price, but this is Switzerland I guess!

Great view, modern hotel

The beds were very uncomfortable, there wasn’t a mirror in the room just in the bathroom which made it hard for getting changed

We had a lake facing room. Spectacular views! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Very easy to get to the hotel. Bus stops right in front of it & the station is named after the hotel!

Breakfast spread & quality is disappointing given the price (30 CHF). But the view from the restaurant is great so that's the only selling point.
