It felt like we were the only guests, it was super quiet. The room was huge with everything we needed. It even has a balcony. We chose this hotel because of its location: the proximity to the Swiss Transport Museum is just a few minutes of walking. The lake promenade is very close too.

Great location for transport museum and also not far at all to get back into the town for sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and it was lovely to have a little balcony to get some fresh air. We had plenty of towels and bedding.

Shower floods the bathroom floor as the curtain doesn't hang to the ground. There's little noise damping between the bathroom and bedroom. There's no kettle in the bathroom and the only option for hot water is to use the vending machine at reception and that costs 4.50CHF per cup - more than £4 GBP.

The communication from the hotel was prompt. They answered all queries relating to the stay promptly. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They even installed a cot for our toddler. The en-suite was clean, basic, and functional. We checked in at 11:00 p.m., so they had an envelope ready for us to pick up at the reception as the check-in was only open until 18:00.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and we couldn't find an elevator in the building.

Nice Room and helpful front desk. They provided Public transport card which helped us to hop over any Bus for all attractions around. Big plus was Migros was neaby and bus stop was just 3 minute's away. Only thing was we did not have a lift in the properly which made us lift all the luggage to 2nd floor. This never bothered as the Hotel was very quiet and allowed late entry with a sensor which opened the main entrance. Recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful. You will be charged only 10 FR for 24 hours parking if you request that at the reception desk. (You can park first then ask reception to modify the parking ticket) Thanks the gentleman in reception desk who helped me to operate the machine. Thank you! The room is big and clean. The location is great, multiple buses available to city center in less than 10 minutes. There is a Migro super market right in front of the hotel (not open in public holidays and Sundays, lol).

No elevator. From the pictures in booking I though this hotel "should" have an elevator but I was wrong. This hotel is renovated from a church so it doesn't have an elevator. If you have large and heavy luggages it will be a headache...

Excellent breakfast for just £10 – highly recommended! The location is great, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and a Mirgus supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Very convenient and enjoyable!

There is no lift, which makes it difficult to carry luggage to the second floor. There’s no kettle in the room to make hot water, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was very good. Very quiet yet v v close to bus stop and Migros grocery where you can have quick breakfast. Our room for 4 was spacious, open with a balcony. Wash room had enough space. Overall better than we expected.

They should have given at least a hot water jug to have tea. Also a stand fan in hot days will be appreciated.

The place was amazing. Its next to Migros, Transport museum (which is a must see day event for children) and is only 10mins away from the city.Room is cleaned daily and bottle of water placed during hot days.

The shower situation is not the best. Very easy for the water to come out of the shower area. Otherwise it is fine. There is not ceiling lights in the main room. But this is fixed as they have place numerous bed lamps.

The staff were great, the location is great, there is a bus stop front of the place, bus 8, 6, 24, 14... running around the clock , about 12 min to the main station. Migros is also in front of the place and a short walk to the lake. You need to pay for breakfast, which is affordable and very convenient. The rooms are simple, mine didn't have TV, but it doesn't matter since you are only there to sleep. most of the time you are out.

The location is good, the bus arrives 20 meters from the entrance. Hotel is close to the beach and harbor Lido, looks very nice! Unfortunately, I found out about the beach too late and did not get to relax on the beach. There is a mall across the road, which provides lots of conveniences. Reception is available until 6 pm, so we tried very hard to make it there, and then we find out that actually it will be fine if we arrive at night. The door key will be left on the reception desk if arrive after 6 pm. Would be nicer to know earlier. Our room is the last one on the corridor, very quiet indeed, however, the wifi is not ideal. I had to stay in the corridor to use the internet.
