Amazing stay as usual, sauna etc all functioning well and yes amazing. View from balcony also spectacular especially during night love the windy balcony with fresh air from the sea! Surround by hills and forest it is a perfect place to retreat from bustling city life of KK. House also comfortable and almost perfection. Hot water running and air conditioner works in every room. Kitchen functions well also. Definitely will come again yes.

The only big no for this place is their check out and check in time policy. Its a bit understandable they have to clean all the big villas and suites after guests checkout to accomodate next guests but what I can't really accept is even after they clearly state the checkin time at 3.00pm (yes 3.00pm no kidding), we still have to wait for another extra 40++ minutes after 3.00pm before our suites ready for checkin. This is really spoil the holiday especially if the guests are looking forward to take a rest after travels. Maybe can add more housekeeping staff or etc? Idk but the management should really look into this matters. As I read from past guest's reviews this things have been going on for quite a while. Hope they'll manage to settle this cause I really love this place.

Staff were extremely pleasant and prompt. The fridge was not working and they replaced in no time without follow up. Enquired everyday if everything was OK. Property is in a great location and premises were really well maintained. Beach was very clean and the area really well maintained.

Our unit could have been maintained better. The bed room French window was permanently closed as the railings were completely rusted. So the bedroom and master couldn't be aired giving a stuffy feeling. The upholstery in living room could have been shampooed from time to time as the sweat smell was strong. Food options at the BBV Cafe was not inclusive for vegetarians. The only meal option was not available.

Overall our stayed was fantastic, and awesome. No rain and the weather was great too. Windy and sunny. Only the bad things is the kitchen sink (our room no. 157) was stuck/ block. Maybe the next stay we can fix it. The room aircond was cool too. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Thank you for everything.

Secluded and peaceful I loved the Jacuzzi and the steam shower Beach front Some staff were helpful especially the staff who helped me to book my airport taxi ❤️

We are in 2024 and internet is necessity these days. For the price I paid , It is a shame that there is no free wifi in rooms and you have to buy it for MR 30 a night, which is over priced to my opinion. Arrived in scorching heat and no help from staff to carry my luggages so I have to wheel it from reception to my room which was bit of a distance 😔 I asked for housekeeping service but I was told they can not clean my room because it was short staff 😱 they cleaned my room the next day though.

Some appliances are in need of replacement. The microwave only worked for a min and then broke. Bath tub also needed a new tap (promptly replaced though). I was’t a fan of their deposit policy (different from what was shared here). I had to share my cc details via whatsapp which I feel is not secure. This policy needs to be updated as it made me doubt my booking. However, once that was sorted out, communication was swift and efficient

Equipped facilities, clean & good ambiance!

The overall experience was pleasant, there were a couple of issues that need attention. Firstly, the air conditioning in the dining area was not functioning well, making it uncomfortably hot, especially during meal times. This affected our comfort, and I hope it gets fixed soon. Secondly, most of the spotlights in the pool were not working, making it quite dark at night. This not only made it harder to see but also affected the overall ambiance of the villa. Aside from these issues, the villa itself was beautiful, and the surroundings were great for relaxation. If these maintenance problems are addressed, it would make the stay much more enjoyable.

This is my fifth time is staying at borneo beach villa. Two times in the apartment. And at the villa is my third time the view there is very nice and very beautiful scenery and beach n sunset. The staff are very friendly. But I would like to suggest they should check the kitchen sink at the table top is crack also they just don't care. And that time I want to prepare my dinner I just put something at the table top and I notice that that table is crack already. And also their the time I have also request for a table cloth so that we can clean the table. After we finish done our cooking we just the sponge to just simply wipe the kitchen area. And also there is no mop at all. Our stay here is quite good no comment but only the facility are very old. They should upkeep the place the price we have paid expensively.

Nothing I don't like.

1. We took villa and it was really beautiful and clean. Of course, it’s not brand new, but for this price it’s literally the best and even more. 2. Villa has private pool which is awesome. 3. The view is perfect. You can easily see sea and it’s like 2mins to the private beach. 4. There were not many people, which is weird for us as this place is the best, but it’s still better for us because everything was not crowded 5. Personnel is super friendly, in restaurant and lobby and everywhere honestly. They clean villa everyday and EVEN washed our dishes for us and cleaned our clothes which was super nice of them 6. Sunsets were magnificent Overall, it’s perfect place for calm vacation with your family or friends
