One of the best and truly 5-star hotels in Tbilisi. Modern swiss design and professional service with attention to details, could easily be the best hotel in Tbilisi. Best value for money compared to other hotels of the same or higher rates for no good reason. You can even pick your pillows from a wide range! Staff are professional and courteous.

Hardly could find anything, perhaps not a great view if you are looking for one, but everything else would make you wish to stay more.

The hotel is new, modern, located in the heart of Tbilisi. We had a very comfortable room. The staff was very polite and courteous. I really liked the sauna and the swimming pool, everything is new and modern. Next time I come to Tbilisi, I would stay at this hotel again!

Absolutely unreal hotel spotless great location fantastic spa , fantastic room with free mini bar lovely bathtub and quality shower. Been in tbilisi a few times now and if and when I go back I'm only going to stay here. Mariam guest relations and front desk manager and Nika also manager looked after us from the moment we stepped in everything was smooth and perfect. Thank you for everything

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was really good, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, special thanks to Mariam who helped us throughout our trip! Location is nice and quiet! The room was absolutely amazing, bright, spacious; great aesthetic and practical bathroom with a phenomenal double shower!

Blown away, one of the best hotels we have stayed in fact ( globally ). Staff amazing, interiors, gym, pool is HUGE.... amazing standard rooms with a brilliant rooftop restaurant that actually can cook.... breakfasts first class... highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

One little thing that could be improved is that breakfast room stuff was kind of frustrated to empty buffets and clear tables and stands, even short before the finishing time of breakfast hours. That meant that late comers had to rush to get everything from buffet before it disappeared and had to eat and drink as quickly as possible. I guess that is happening because they want to get prepared for lunch, but as breakfast finishes as early as 10:30 on weekdays, I suppose there is no need for such a harry.

Literally everything. I've been to some luxury hotels around the world so there's something to compare with. Great staff, ideally clean rooms, fresh and fancy furniture and overall visuals. The restaraunts are great, tried room order, dinner in Atmosphere space and breakfast in Mediterranian one, all the dishes and drinks were tasty. The hotel has quite a developed digital infrastructure, you may do a lot right from your smartphone. Also there's solid and well maintained spa. My wife and me arrived from a long and difficult trip, totally tired and stressed. After a short stay here we moved next feeling calm and refreshed. Surely will visit this wonderful place again

The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with attention to every detail, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. It is a brand hotel and the stay there is perfect, the area is safe and it is about 20 minutes from the airport, the hotel is very clean and same goes about the rooms. I enjoyed the view from the room and from the top floors terrace. The spa is good and the pool is indoor warm pool with a jacuzzi (Free of charge). I would like to stay there for few days just to treat myself, but I had travelling issues that hit pause when I went in the hotel because you can leave the stress out as soon as you enter. I would also mention that there is a massage service and Hammam, the area is clean and comfortable. The room size is good, the lights were comfortable, there was a blackout curtains so you can rest without getting any light from outside and the room was so quiet even with the Air Conditioner is on. I like that they had a 2 in 1 bidet, and full toiletries available. The bed was king size as I requested not joined beds, and the mattress was very comfortable and clean. I noticed the extra thing they had which was UK plug next to the bed so I didn't need to use my traveling adapter. Thanks for the night chocolate bar with sweet dreams message. The breakfast was very good and clean.

I didn't like that my stay there was very short, and I wanted to stay more but I had things to do that took me away from that place. I didn't like that there were 2 rooms one for shower and the other one is for the toilet, It is good if you are more than one person but in my case I was a solo traveler.
