Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool was great and location was convenient. We had our dog and the property offered some nice places to walk him.

Staff were not as helpful as we would’ve liked, especially in the restaurant. One person in our party didn’t eat dairy, and the server didn’t really seem interested in helping her understand the menu. The waitstaff just didn’t seem to have time for the customers. One morning we waited for 20 minutes to find someone to let them know that the coffee was empty. It was underwhelming.

I stay at Sheraton every time I come to Maine from Washington State. I love the location near the airport, but not right on top of it. The staff are always welcoming, the food is great, and anytime I have a question or concern they address it right away. I love the grounds and the care landscapers take to keep it looking nice. After staying at Sable Oaks so often, it feels like coming home, even though I’m far away from it!

Some rooms have some need to update or repair moulding (baseboard) or tile and grout.

We arrived a little early the person that checked us in took his time to find us a room and I believe because we were early we were treated poorly Our room was the very last room around 2 corners. The sheets on my bed was torn with holes in it. I have photo if you would like it. The mattress was terrible not at all Sheraton standards. We have traveled extensively in the US and Europe and have never been to a Sheraton this bad

The dining room/ bar was beautiful. Overall the lobby area and pool wonderful

Didn't like the pillows but everything else was right on. Food and bar tender AMAZING. The gal that checked us in....a 12. We had a delay on our flight and they gave us a room at the super 8. Gross Gross. We then took an uber (which was awful) to your hotel. Lovely greeting after a bad bad day.

Pillows Hard and soft would be a nice choice. Very soft and flat.

Breakfast was fabulous and waitstaff were all very pleasant and accomodating! Food was great! Rooms were comfortable and good size and clean. Gym was good! And free parking! Excellent stay!

Feather pillows were unexpected...next time I will make request for non-feather. Everything else was great!

Excellent location, nice rooms, good gym, and the service in the restaurant and breakfast area were excellent .

One female in the front desk, shouldn't be working there representing the hotel, send her to the basement to work, no sense of service at all.

Clean and stylish. Big room, well equipped. Location was good. Grounds and interior was elegant, nice atmosphere. Bed & bedding was really comfortable.

Refrigerator did not have a freezer, so we could not refreeze ice packs. Shower set up had wand in front of shower entry making it awkward to get in & out. For the price, breakfast should have been included.

I liked that it was located in woods above the city away from traffic. The dinner menu provided an excellent selection of good options. The food itself was exceptional. The wine list was adequate with good options also. The staff in the dining room was friendly , efficient and a joy to be around.

I didn't like their no cancellation or rebooking policy. They were low on replacement linens for the second night.

Room, fitness center and walking around the property. Swimming pool was busy with lots of children so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it while we were there.

I felt like I was caught in the middle of the doubling booking issue. I had to follow up between Sable Oaks staff and Booking.com every day because both weren’t communicating to each other. It took me 5 days to finally resolve my issue and get my refund back.

The facilities, pool, bar and room is very spacious and quiet.

Even though check out isn't until 12, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am just once, and before we could answer they just let themselves in the room. That was super awkward and way too early
