Because our original hotel was overbooked, we where booked in Amante, near Belp Airport. The hotel was still in the process of rebuilding. A lot of people where working to get the hotel ready for official opening. But, beside of this, it was PERFECT. Very, very friendly staff and hotel Manager. They did everything to make it for us as comfortable as possible. A great meal, a perfect breakfast, the room was so nice and comfortable. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Bern but not in the city itself. The location, is great. Thank you. For sure, we will come back in this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is new, so in perfect condition. The rooms are nicely decorated, and big enough. All necessary commodities are available (safe, hair-dryer, shower products, water to drink...). The bathroom is modern and light. The staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages. There is a restaurant, bar, and pastry shop on-site. And plenty of parking. It is right on the airport runway, but the windows are so well insulated that if you keep the window closed you won't hear a thing!

I would like to have coffee/tea making facilities either in the room, or somewhere accessible when the restaurant is closed. I check out very early (usually before 6am), and being able to just grab a coffee would be amazing. Or a tea just before going to bed. I am also not very good with all the computer and internet stuff. This is a modern hotel with no reception desk, so you are expected to check in via the check-in station in the hall, or on your phone. For me this is complicated, even though I presume the system is very user friendly. It is me that is useless with it. But I have always had a member of staff come and help. So it has not been a problem as such. I am just old-school, and like there to be a reception desk.

The cleanliness and the restaurant was really good!

The breakfast could have used a couple of hot items such as eggs or bacon, but I understand that it’s a small hotel and probably don’t have the necessity for it. Other than that the coffee machine was excellent and the cold breakfast items were sufficient.

The room I was given was very spacious. The hotel seems to be new. Everything is very clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. Despite being right by the airport, the rooms were very quiet (well insulated). Comfy bed, well equiped. Nice restaurant with light food available all day, and full menu at meal hours.

I like to be able to make a cup of tea in my room, so an electric kettle would be a plus. But I definitely wouldn't change hotels just because of that.

The location is amazing and the food in the restaurant as well. Really great view from the rooms as well. I like the self-check-in too. Great new hotel, loved it

We could see aeroplanes and helicopters taking off from the room balcony!

If you arrive after 10, make sure you know the instructions, which may be in German.

Automatic checkin, all good, good amd clean rooms. Possibilty toncherge Electric car as well in the park in front of the hotel.
