We rented the large 2 bedroom roof top apartment and we felt very lucky when we entered as it was very spacious and modern with a very large balcony with 2 eating areas and sun loungers overlooking the beach of los cristianos in what is probably the best location on the whole strip. We also rented a 1 bedroom apartment and a studio for other family members and they also loved their stay. Every part is kept very clean and the staff were very friendly. Honestly I think you will do very well to beat this accommodation especially when you see some of the surrounding properties.

Amazing location and right on the beach! The balcony was so spacious and was so lovely to sit outside having breakfast. Close to the supermarket, go to Dialprix, away from the beach. It was a shame as the reception was closed for the whole time we were there due to staff illness, but the host was quite responsive. They give you beach towels, total bonus! The lift was great for accessibility and there was a washing machine. Also, the cleaner did come while we were there, which was unexpected. The bathroom is a big size and comfortable, but did not have a lock on the door. All in all, we had a lovely stay!

It would have been great if there was air conditioning, as it was rather hot, but we did have fans supplied. However, couldn't leave doors open as weird caterpillar things would come in. Also, the floors weren't clean when we go there, so i had to sweep it once we arrived. There isn't really any parking near by.

The apartment was in a great location and we were given clear instructions on where to locate the keys on our arrival, all staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was very clean and all the equipment was in good condition, everything you needed was supplied and any other items like hair dryer was available for a small refundable deposit. Cleaners came in regularly and towels and sheets were changed as requested. The apartment is in a convenient location for exploring the area and also within easy walking distance of the bus station or taxis, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We would recommend these apartments which are good value too.

There’s nothing not to like about the apartment

Great location. Paid a little extra for a balcony which overlooked the beach and was well worth it. Check in after hours was super easy and communication from the host was great. Apartment clean and very comfortable (the beds were incredibly comfy!). Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location right in the heart of Los Cristianos couldn't be better. 10 min walk to bus terminal for busses to/from airport and all over the island if needed.

Minor niggle.. No air con, although stand fan provided. But that's it really.

Contact was made by WhatsApp before arrival to advise we would be met at reception and given the keys. If we were later than expected another message would be sent about how to obtain the keys. Access to the building was via reception, and if unmanned, we had a key to let ourselves into the building so it was secure. There was a lift in the building. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and there was plenty of hot water - even a top up immersion heater if the solar-heated water ran out. We had 2 balconies, one sea facing which was great, especially in the evening where we could sit and have a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Lack of UK channels on TV

Perfect location right in front of Los Cristianos beach that made me feel like living in a beach villa. 5 min walk to La Vista beach. Beautiful surroundings lots of food drink grocery options. Lovely promenade very colourful and full of hustle bustle till late night but no noise that would disturb sleep. Room was fantastic equipped with smart tv, sofa dinning table chairs etc. Kitchen literally had everything, utensils, toaster, kettle, cooking stove with cooking pots pans etc. Having microwave and fridge were cherry on the top. Balcony with drying rack, table and chairs facing promenade and beach. A lovely place to have a breakfast every morning. Our host Jackie was really friendly and nice. She explained everything very well. Hotel does provide beach towels and hair dryer for a small deposit, that you get back before checkout. Reception is not always open but Jackie was very kind to come to hotel to give us some towels.

Toiletries (shampoo soap etc) are provided only on arrival, then guests have to arrange their own. Which for me was ok but if property can provide toiletries throughout the stay period that would be the best thing.

Stayed in Solmar twice so far amazing experience. Los cristianos Beach is right in front 2 min walk. Lovely atmosphere around, lots of beach front cafes and restaurants. Hair dryer, beach towels, washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen etc etc Jackie the lady at reception is an amazing host always available to help.

It will be great if management can consider putting double beds in some rooms instead of 2 singles.

Our host Jackie was so helpful, upgraded us to a lovely apartment as the air conditioning wasn't working, our apartment was amazing we had such a lovely stay , nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be back.

I liked hotel very much. I liked everything. The room was great, had everything we needed for a week's rest. The location of the hotel is excellent - right next to the beach. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The staff is great. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves the highest rating.

The location and the view was excellent. Really comfy bed with nice white linen. Good shower. Excellent cleanliness all round. No noise disturbance. Friendly receptionist Jackie very helpful.

Although the fan was adequate for my stay in June, should imagine as it gets hotter later in the season air con would be welcomed.
