We needed a quick stay after a long drive and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds were really comfortable, the AC worked great, and breakfast was a nice touch—especially the strawberry and original waffles. The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, and the gym was a great bonus for a solid workout. On top of that, it was extremely well priced—cheaper than most hotels in the area but still top notch in quality.

Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything met or exceeded what we needed for our stay.

Breakfast food was poor quality. High sugar high carb and not sure if the sausage was real meat with protein. My brother is diabetic. Normally if he eats 3 sausages first he can eat a waffle w/a little sugar free syrup and his sugar will not go over 215, it spiked from 115 to 320. Thankfully I was able to get it under control and I didn't have to take him to the hospital. Yogurt was poor quality too, super high in sugar. I had a waffle no syrup, enough to take my vitamins. Didn't eat there after that initial experience. But the coffee was good.

Breakfast was fantastic, sheets were always changed and clean when we returned back to our rooms. Garbage was emptied and there were always towels and fresh soaps each day. Any time I interacted with staff they were helpful and polite

The ONLY complaint we had was that the pool was so so cold (I’m from Washington and I have swam in warmer lakes) so we were unable to use the pool during our stay but the hot tub was lovely

The staff were especially helpful and informative. The room was immaculate.

The phone in the room was 'dead'. The remote for the TV was inscrutible (in the morning I wanted to listen to the news. Somehow, I managed to switch to the Spanish-speaking channels and spent 20 min. unsuccessfully trying to change back to English).

The stay was fine, it was a little loud and I wasn't sure why front doors weren't open until 10:00 am, which is why I exited through the pool, didn't get breakfast for fear my key would no longer be activated.

I didn't like that the doors weren't open until 10:00 am causing me to skip breakfast, since I was traveling alone and didn't want to locked out

I was traveling with my pet and planning to leave very early, so requested a first floor room for easy access. This was accommodated and the staff was very friendly and kind. The card access made the place feel safe and secure, and the room and atrium were very nice. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and above my expectations.

Very nice hotel. Check in was very fast, easy and the staff was very pleasant, We had a king suite. Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom was updated, very clean and had plenty of clean soft towels. Both TV's, the microwave and the fridge all worked. The staff was very security conscious which is always a plus. They have a great breakfast with lots of hot and clod choices to choose from, We would most definitely stay again if passing through town.

The staff was awesome and accommodating! The room was so comfy and I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. The hotel was in a convenient spot for food and after the concert we attended!

I was a little worried because there was only one employee working overnight and the area is a little rough. I definitely feel there could be more security through the evening, especially to keep the receptionist/staff safe.

The breakfast was good . Like the waffles. The coffee was great. The bagels the first morning were good and the cream cheese have that more often make them regular.

Checking could’ve been a little bit easier and you couldn’t let me know upfront there would’ve been an extra charge for my dog. When I booked the room I was not informed that there would be an extra charge. I paid it anyways, but it would’ve been nice to have known that upfront.

We stayed in the Family Room. It was really good sized, bigger than I expected. The room was very clean, and updated. The beds were comfortable. They had quite a good variety of food for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

The spa was hot, but the jets weren't working.
