Great location! Easy walking distance to all the restaurants, galleries, museums, and shops. The landscaping is gorgeous. Lots of amenities onsite although I didn't have a chance to enjoy them. Room is comfortable and I found it quiet during my stay.

There wasn't a desk or a surface where I could work on my laptop. Since I was here for work I found it very inconvenient to have to work in the main lobby. Lots of distractions. Not all the rooms have this issue but I was disappointed that I could switch to another room. If this is an issue for you make sure the room includes a desk when you book. There really isn't any breakfast available onsite. The "cafe" is subpar.

Once I figured out that the check-in system wasn't a scam, it was super easy to get all the info and into our room. The room itself was pretty basic, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. We had a private patio with chairs, which we loved. The pool was awesome. We were able to score some chairs in the sun and relaxed by and in their sparkling pool. The bartender at the pool was kind and helpful about us being sober and made us some soda waters with lime juice to enjoy instead of treating us poorly since we weren't gonna buy any alcohol. It happens to us all the time, but not here (: Every interaction we had with Sonder staff was great. We felt welcomed. The location is perfection if you want to walk around Old Town.

Stylish and comfortable hotel next to Scottsdale Old Town. Big room with terrace facing the Civic Center park. Nice on-site coffee bar and restaurant. Coffee machine in the room.

The on-line reservation process includes creating a profile on their App and having to scan personal documents for identity check. Time-consuming and concerning. But will be quicker next time. No hanging space, just some hangers in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant closed at 7.45pm when I was there (supposed to me 9pm).

The pillows are the best ever, the bed and comforter are very squishy and comfortable, the hot tub temperature was perfect, the view of the pool/hot tub area is beautiful from my window, the staff was very helpful, and the location was better than I could have anticipated.. it was so easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, historical sites and the Civic Center Park.. great live music, and the rideable tours at Cactus Jocks (which was the best guided tour I've ever been on thanks to Scott). It was all very impressive.

The lack of vending machines.. there are literally zero there.. bring your own water, etc. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, and the pool was pretty chilly.

PERFECT location..a block from the main strip of different kinds of restaurants, karaoke, and the BEST ice cream! Staff was very helpful and friendly! We will definitely book again!

The TV situation...it's a roku tv and you are in guest mode (watch on apps only, no cable or antenna). There's a live TV option on there but it wasn't truly "live". If you have a streaming device such as a fire stick, bring that! This was out ONLY thing that we took away negatively from our week stay!

I like that I was able to get checked in remotely and use my phone as a digital key. The location for old town Scottsdale was great and overall convenient location. It has a cool/hip vibe that I appreciated and overall it was very quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy area. I think I got what I paid for.

The overall feel of the property was hip and modern but it looked a little tired just below the surface. If you’re used to staying at a newer hotel that is part of a mainstream brand like Hilton, you could find this not to the same standards.

My friend and I loved our room, especially the beds! The pillows and comforter were marvelous. We appreciated the location of our room in building 6, away from the other buildings. We also enjoyed the patio in the evening. The room exceeded our expectations.

We did not appreciate the parking policy. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, yet we were encouraged to buy a parking permit. None of the other cars in the lot had permits. We bought the permit because we got the impression from a text the day before our stay that parking was a challenge and that we may not be able to find a spot even on the street! When we asked for a refund at the front desk, the concierge initially said she would refund our money and then rescinded her offer. Considering the rest of our stay was so pleasant, this was unfortunate.

I stayed here for five weeks for work. The rates were amazing! The place is gorgeous, and the Superior King room has its own LIVING ROOM and it makes a huge difference instead of just walking into a room with a bed! Sadly, the rates have increased and it’s no longer in my budget. It’s now close to $380 instead of $220-$250 for three nights. The pool is gorgeous, and the views from the rooms of the pool are usually very nice. It’s literally half a block from Old Town, but Old Town is gimicky and overpriced.

Only things I didn’t like is there are no microwaves, and all the fridges (I stayed in four different rooms) are very very weak. Barely cool anything.

Great location. Very convenient access to Old Town. Heard the pool was nice. But didn’t have a chance to check it out. Spacious, clean room. Good value for the area.

Not enough lights in the room. Room temp was cold at night. Heater seemed to be blowing cold air at times. Self check-in was confusing at first. Was not told in the instructions how to enter the paid parking lot. Was fine once I asked the front desk (defeats the point of self check-in).

Tub and shower were in need of some maintenance but functional enough. Also, it was made aware to me by staff that this property will soon be exchanging hands again and that staff was re-applying for their jobs.
