I loved the large shower and bathroom. I loved how clean it was and how friendly and helpful the front desk staff associate was when we checked in and out.

The bed was a bit too firm, but I keep in mind that everyone has a different idea on what is too firm and it wasn’t the hardest hotel mattress I’ve had. It wasn’t awful.

My room had a little couch in it which was comfortable to sit on. The tv moved around on the wall and the shower was just awesome and big. It was clean and bright! The bed was comfortable and I just wanted to hang in my room!

Lower the prices of drinks to buy. 6.00 for a soda is really outrageous!

Hotel was clean and the location was great close to where we was playing darts and price was good for our stay the staff was nice, only thing bad was our room, didn't have hot water and after talking with the general manager he made things right. I would recommend this hotel.

Not a thing. Full amenities, great drinks and food. Customer service friendly, very helpful(a rarity nowadays)! Everything was comfortable and Ambiance was terrifically romantic. Loved the fire pit!

We did not stay long at this property. We checked in after 10:00 pm and checked out at 7:00 am. The property and our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional.

Only option for coffee was Starbucks but run by front desk - so coffee choice was expensive and not necessarily made by barista - staff was so friendly and helpful though. also - I need to extend my stay and every time they did it I got another 250$ hold on card so I had huge hold of 700$ cause of the two extensions

we noticed we left our jackets in room the next day and called to have them shipped. Staff claimed they were not there but we had left them in the closet. 😢Few choices for breakfast considering the price paid for the night.

No refrigerator or coffee in the room. They you wanted us to go downstairs and pay additional for it. I felt that was greedy and rude. No breakfast. For the price it was lacking. Every hotel I have ever stayed in provided these servicea with the cost of the room. The room was over $200 for one late stay and no coffee!!!!

Friendly people @ Front desk, nice large room.

All was good until late at night when we we’re ready to sleep & opened hide-a -bed. It was obvious no one had cleaned in or around it or replenished sheets in awhile. An inhaler & a tube of make up were in there. 😲 There was no fitted sheet, only 1 flat sheet & an itchy blanket. We paid extra for the suite so we could all have our own beds & it was unsleepable due to being dirty, no sheet & lumpy. Had to crowd my sis on her bed.

Property is so clean. Looks new. Staff is so kind and helpful.

Ice machine broke on my floor but that didn’t hurt this trip at all
