Everything was perfect! The location of the accommodation is great, right in front of the accommodation is the bus station and the metro is a 6-7minute walk away. Margherita, the owner of the accommodation, is very kind. She contacted us before we arrived, and during our entire stay, she was available for everything we needed. The breakfast is plentiful, a mixture of sweet and salty, so you will certainly not go hungry. The room has a coffee maker, tea, and a mini fridge. The rooms are spotless, cleaned every day. Great recommendation, if we come again, we will definitely come back here!

Spacious room with private bathroom and window opening to internal courtyard, friendly welcome by Francesco and Christina. Breakfast is the highlights: rack of sandwich, pastry, fruits complemented by juice and 2 bottles of water in the fridge was perfect to start the day and end of the day too after tired legs exploring Rome. Ideal for stays in Rome with plan to visit the Vatican: 5 min by bus or 20 min walking, for visit to places of interest in downtown Rome, it’s 25-30 min by bus.

Quite an effort and distance if coming from train station Rome Termini with metro, it was an up and down road, tiring if you had 20kg luggage as i did. Alternatively, later i learn you can instead take bus no 46. One downside: don’t know why on my last/3rd night stay, the breakfast was not there even after waiting till 8:00, another guest staying in another was also confused, but it’s minor issue.

The room is conveniently located, not inside of the tourist district, but in the Aurelio area, near bus and train routes to the historic sites and the Vatican. The room is clean, safe, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast, delivered on a trolley to the door each morning, is generous and delicious. It is likely to be more than you can finish. We think this is a hidden gem in Rome.

Getting into the room was a little more difficult than we would have liked. There is limited signage, very small, and contacting staff requires a phone call.

The accommodation was clean. All in all this is good value for money in Rome. Communication with the host went very well :) Breakfast was plentiful. Good access to the city center (by metro or bus). The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the visit!

Breakfast could have more salty options. There is a busy road next to it, so sensitive sleepers should take earplugs. Shower facilities a bit old. The room could have had a table where you could eat breakfast (it was served every morning on a cart behind the room door)

Everything was squeaking clean and we loved how friendly and helpful the guys were when we contacted them when we needed any advice.

The breakfast. We were really missing a hot breakfast but I understand it is not their fault. The location is also a bit far from the centre but again, you know it when you book it. You just don't realise that travelling on hot buses during the summer is not the best idea. The metro station is a good ten minute walk up and down, so again, with a suitcase might not be the best idea. The first night was really very loud as there was a metro strike, which we didn't know about, and the traffic was awful.

Apartment is not big, but enough for 3 persons. Additional space is given by big balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast. Breakfast is delivered in the morning and left outside the door. Choice is very simple - some pastry, sandwiches, cereals, youghurt, some fruits. Coffee machine is in the room, milk, water, tasty beverage ( don’t know what that pink drink was, but very tasty:) in the fridge. Water refill is in the hall outside, which is good in hot weather. We stayed only for 2 nights, and were pleasantly surprised by cleaning service done on next day of our arrival. Thank you:) Host is very nice and caring.

Shower cabin is very small. Breakfast choice very simple. Some slippers would be a nice touch, as you want to enjoy breakfast on the balcony... Location is not very central (but we knew it when booked, so it’s your choice) - 15 mins walking to metro, then 15 mins on metro to Termini central station.

We got our room sooner than the checkin hours which was great. We liked that there was a fresh sparkling water dispenser just outside of our room, the room is very bright and big. Convenient neighborhood close to the city center by bus, good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is at very busy road and the windows are not very sound proof, so it is quite noisy even during the night and unfortunately due to this the terrace is not very useful.

The location is good, and the room is cleaned daily, which is excellent. The breakfast was very decent for the price; there were always fruits, yogurt, and pastries.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive. If you're staying for an extended period, you tend to avoid eating there after a few days. It's also very noisy in the morning due to a traffic light beside our room.

Lovely apartment with even more lovely staff :Dd We booked a room for two nights and we had a really pleasant stay. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and tidied up every day. Room was equipped with a mini fridge (with drinks), coffee machine and air conditioning. Included breakfast consisted of sweet croissants, yogurts, sandwiches and fruits (priceless before a long day of sightseeing). You can find really good restaurants, cafes and a market nearby (I think there's a pharmacy near as well). Location was also convenient, bus stops two minutes from the apartment, around 15 minutes to A metro line and a 30 minutes walk to Vatican City. I highly recommend!

Everything is very, very clean. The staff is extremely kind and always tries to help. The location is great, around 20 -25 minutes walking to the Vatican and very well connected by bus to all the city.

I like everything! It is only important to have in mind that the hotel has not shared spaces ( living room, dinner room, etc), it cinaust only in the bedroom. But it's still very good option
