As two airline employees who travel a lot on the company dime, the room was clean, quiet, along with quiet A/C unit, good shower pressure, nice towels, etc. We were visiting western Michigan and it made our trip that much better on very short notice.

No TV remote upon entering the room, but that was easily rectified when we went out for dinner. Our third floor smelled like someone was either cooking in their room, or had just brought in some smelly dinner. Hallway only was affected.

Wonderfully pleasant, professional staff-made you feel right at home and responded promptly to requests for service/assistance. BOTH pet-friendly and very clean. Great atmosphere, beautiful near-to-highway but quiet and nice safe distance for pets. Bed super-comfortable and facility is quiet. Slept like a log. Great area for walking dogs. Breakfast, coffee, and exercise room were all great! Also conveniently located to downtown Holland.

Doors to front desk pull outward rather than push inward. Hard to open while handling a pet, the pet’s things (bed, food), and your own luggage—especially when you’re traveling and tired.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The customer service by the front desk staff was amazing. I arrived an hour early, and she ( I forgot her name, my apologies, but she was the first shift person) allowed me to check in early with no issues. The room I chose initially, was next to the side door and she suggested another room for me, because she didn't want me to be bothered by the loud noise of the door opening and closing which was so thoughtful of her. The breakfast was really good. eggs, biscuit and gravy, muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee, oatmeal etc. My room was clean and it smelled great. I stayed 3 nights (just myself) and total was $260 including taxes, fees etc which was a great rate in my opinion. The house keepers were nice, always punctual and respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I had no issues, with wifi, or any of the amenities, I loved the mirrors (no they are not two way mirrors) the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. I have no complaints and I want to thank Microtel for making my stay an amazing one and stress free. I was worried initially because of the reviews, mistakes happen we are human, but my experience was only positive, Definitely recommend.

Nothing, everything was great honestly, which is very rare. I will say though, if there is anything, I do wish there was a password to the wifi, but it was fine I had no issues, and I had my own security measures so no biggie. But other than that, there was no complaints from me.

The staff was AMAZING! I was checking in for multiple rooms for the band and crew that were already at the venue setting up. They were so helpful and patient while we sorted out the rm logistics. Very professional and helpful.. we'll be staying there next time we are in the area for sure.

I wish the Front entrance was more clearly marked with signage.. I went on the wrong door at first based on how the parking lot entrance was in conjunction with the building..

I was pleasantly surprised with brightness and cleanliness of the room. We felt that we were in a safe area. My husband and I stayed in the accessibility room 133. I liked the nightlights on each light switch. We also liked the hot breakfast provided. Biscuits and gravy. If I were to eat them again, I think I might micro the biscuits first. They also had a pancake machine, sausage/egg/cheese bagels, usual carbs, cereals, oatmeal, juices and coffee. We had a quiet,, restful night. We would recommend this hotel.

The room smelled slightly musty. My husband thought that it might be the air conditioner.

Staff was nice. Room was updated and clean. Breakfast offerings - above the normal "continental" that one receives at most places. We picked this location because it was just off the highway as we were returning from our last day of vacation. Discovered that Mt. Pigsah Dune Climb Boardwalk was 20mins away, so after checking out we made a detour there. So I'll add that the location to local sites is great too!

The female staff member at the front desk went above and beyond for us and for everyone. She was amazing. The breakfast was great and more than expected for the price for the hotel!

Nice and quiet place, completely clean and sanitizing. My room was awesome, clean and brand new towels and pillows.

The close location to attractions we wanted to go visit. The price that allowed us to spend on other things. The ability to bring our dog. The noise level of other quests was very low.

The mirror wall above the bed was a little distracting. Would have liked 4 pillows on each bed. These are such little things that I would not worry about it!
