This the best hotel I've stayed in till now during my trip in Poland. The staff was very attentive and fulfilled any wishes we had. The best advice I can give you is to park shortly in front of the hotel and pick up the parking card. The employees welcomed as directly at the front door and our luggage was taken to our hotel room. This is exactly what a hospitality industry is. Moreover, breakfast offer was excellent and the offered dishes of high quality. There is also a different choice of dishes every day and you may enjoy sparkling wine for weekend breakfast. I also liked music being played during breakfast time and on Friday and Saturday you can listen to a live piano concert. Furthermore, it is quite close to the city center and there's an exchange office (offering fair prices) directly at the corner. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to Cracow.

Lovely boutique hotel very well located for exploring Krakow. Also a few hundred yards from train station. Quiet location with nice appointed rooms; which were spotless and cleaned each day early doors. Breakfast good too. It was my birthday during our stay and was given a wee bottle of prosecco....a lovely touch and unexpected surprise. Would definitely recommend this hotel if travelling for a few days to Krakow.

Rooms get very hot and remote to work air conditioning unit was not in our room. We had to ask at reception, so would recommend you check and secure this at check in to secure a good night sleep.

Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel in Kraków exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose professionalism and attention to detail were truly outstanding. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel’s location is perfect: nestled in a quiet area just a short walk from the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thought of to ensure a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the food — both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation were superb, and the restaurant staff were equally impressive in their service. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, location, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

The location was excellent for all of the Citys' sights, museums and places of interest. Our room for 3, was a perfect size, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Room Service was diligent, and top class. The window could be opened to circulate fresh air and control the temperature before we collected an AC controller from the Reception. ALL the staff were extremely helpful, eager to make an effort and sharpen the perfection clearly desired. Breakfast was excellent over a busy Easter period but the room itself never felt full or the food lacking or unavailable. A table for 6 was easily accommodated for and the staff were ghostly present when needed. Choice and variation was excellent. We used all the facilities and we cannot recommend the stay enough.

The single drawback was the in-bath shower, that did make getting in and out a little precarious and slightly awkward. Whilst showering - as the faucet controls were in the way - of your standing position, the bath sloped and slippy when you're lathered up! The hand rail position or a second higher up could of improved the experience. No one did slip or injure themselves.

Ate a few times in the restaurant for Dinner, food was lovely. Staff were professional and very helpful. Hotel was spotless , our room was cleaned every day . The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to Jewish Quarter and the Main Square. Also the train station was only five minutes walking distance from hotel . Abundance of lovely eating places nearby, and little coffee shops . Had a lovely break in beautiful Krakow.

Only complaint was my sleeping pattern due to the really soft pillows. They didn’t support my neck . Husband agreed he felt the same discomfort .

1. Great breakfast. 2. Had a greeting wine from the hotel which was a nice gesture. 3. Booked some activities through the hotel and everything worked as planned. 4. Location is 3 minutes away from the train station by foot (30 minutes max from the airport by train, and 15 minutes max from the old town by foot). 5. Staff/reception was really helpful with all our questions and was available 24/7. 6. We had coffee/tea/bottled water in the room with no extra charge (it was a really "plus" for the days that we left the hotel early and couldn't make it to breakfast)

1. I booked a double bed, but it was just 2 beds/mattresses together. 2. I was a bit cold in the room and I asked for a controller for the AC, and i was told that this is only meant for cold air and not hot, so i cant use the AC (there is a heating device in the room, but I wanted something extra for that night). 3. The cleaning of the room was fine, but I would expect it to be excellent. Don't get me wrong, the room was clean, but for example I found quite visible hair on the carpet which was from the bath I took the night before (meaning that the room was probably not vacuumed enough), and also I had a glass of wine the 3rd night we were at the hotel (in total we stayed there 7 nights) and until the last night, the glass that I used was still on the table.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices & included lattes made by a "real" Italian Expresso machine. Great food at the attached (independent restaurant) with attractive discount in the restaurant for guests of the hotel & discounted drinks for Happy Hour. Comfortable bed & pillows. Temperature of the room was great, heater could be adjusted & the windows opened (this is important in Europe in the winter when most hotel rooms are way too hot even with the hot water rads completely turned off. Shower had great water pressure & the towels were fluffy. Location is great - walkable distance to the Old Jewish quarter with restaurants & bars and ~10 minute walk to the market square (Cloth Hall & Xmas Markets)

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was exceptional— The staff, the bed, the room. The breakfast was phenomenal. This is a terrific value. I was very impressed. The hotel is in a great location, near great restaurants and night life and across from a grocery store. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. I did not want to get out of the bed it was so comfortable. Great shower with endless hot water, which you don’t always find in much of Europe. Wonderful breakfast with changing menu each day—a good mix of local foods and typical UK staples. Great restaurant at the hotel! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Truly great value and experience.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly welcome. We found the hotel spotless clean. Warm comfortable decor. Fab fusion restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had lovely breakfasts and an evening meal. Also, Happy Hour! Great Location. Walking distance from the old town and supermarket right across the street Excellent tour company the hotel uses. Kracowdirect. Used for Zakopane thermal bath and kracow salt mine tours. Should have used them for our Auschwitz tour. Highly recommend booking tours in advance. To top our last day off, there was a Banksy Museum right next door from the hotel, recommended by the hotel front desk staff. Very enjoyable Museum! One of the best hotel stays!

This is a very nice boutique hotel. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. We came by car so they had a convenient parking option available with the discount for hotel visitors. We came with our 4-month-old baby girl and they even upgraded us to a bigger room and a free cot. By the way, the restaurant is of very good fine dining quality. The wine list is superb and their food is very good. One night we gave it a try and we were absolutely blown away by how good it was. The location is superb. Right in walking distance from the old town.
