We recently stayed at Ponte Vecchio Suits&SPA in Florence and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a perfect location to explore the city. But what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We especially want to mention Adriano, the manager, who was incredibly attentive and professional. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a warm smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stands out and added a personal touch to our visit. We highly recommend Ponte Vecchio Suits&SPA to anyone visiting Florence. The combination of a charming atmosphere and top-notch service, especially from Adriano and his team, will make your stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our room was stunning, featuring elegant decor and a spacious, luxurious bathroom that made us feel pampered every day. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day right. Additionally, the hotel's central location in Florence made it easy to explore all the wonderful sights the city has to offer. I highly recommend Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience.

No complaints

The location was excellent for us. Out of the hotel/suites turn right, then right again and there you are on the Ponte Vecchio, 5 minutes walking fairly slowly. A few minutes walk the other way and you arrive at the Pitti Palace. The staff were wonderful ! The kind I would expect in a 5 * hotel. ( they also spoke good English) Breakfast was very good. The hotel only has 14 rooms/suites, so the breakfast room was not big but very adequate, and well stocked with a variety of food including scrambled eggs ! At 6 pm there is a ‘happy hour’ at the lobby/breakfast area, and the drinks are free of charge. I do not think I have experienced that in any other hotel. Receptionist gave a list of nearby restaurants with brief descriptions upon check in and offered to book for us. The room was a very good size. I had requested ground floor near to the lobby as we are an ‘older couple’. It was ‘spot on’. Sitting area was slightly separated from the bed area, which was nice as my husband could sit on a comfy sofa watching TV without disturbing me. The kitchen area was ‘hidden’ i.e. it looked like a wardrobe. Lovely not to have to keep looking at a sink etc.

Everything about the Room especially the size, The hotel service is the absolute best. The hotel location is great. Quiet and in a great city location. The room location within the hotel was great. The breakfast is very good.

The TV has virtually no channels in English. It would be great if the cable service added movie channels, Fox news, and CNBC, etc. The hard wood floors are great but you can hear the noise from guest in the suite above. It would be nice to have a fitness center.

Location was great - close to Ponte Vecchio but not smack bang in the middle of crowds. Great restaurants close by. Friendly staff - nothing was you much trouble. Breakfast was great with both hot and continental options. Happy hour was a bonus. It never felt overcrowded - a wonderful boutique hotel.

Cleanliness of the property was great overall but daily housekeeping was not super clean. Still great and not something that would detract from the overall stay.

Best hotel during my tour in Italy! Good location you can go to most of the attractions by walk. Clean and comfortable room (warm and comfortable which is important in winter season). Also very nice staffs who give us a lot of support. Definitely a smart choice in Florence! Welcome cookie is delicious and I'm still searching where can buy some...

Better if could provide more breakfast options

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Immediately upon check in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, gave us detailed recommendations for places around the area, and gave us a sweet welcome basket. The breakfast, the amenities (including the gym and spa), the entire staff, accessible location, and atmosphere were all top notch!

This was our splurge stay for our visit to Italy, and it did not disappoint. We really loved the dual shower heads in the shower, enjoying the slippers and robes, separate beds for my kids to comfortably sleep in their own space, separate room for me and my husband, and of course the prime location just minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. We found ourselves taking respite after walking around Florence during the day. Because the city is so walkable, we found ourselves gaining far more steps here than when we were in Rome, Sorrento, and Venice. Therefore having a place to rest our feet, take a nap, and rejuvenate before exploring in the late afternoon/evening was key. We also really enjoyed being on this side of the river because had we stayed on the other side, I anticipate we'd have explored less of this area. The front desk team were always lovely and welcoming! Despite being so close to where crowds congregate heading into and out of the Ponte Vecchio, we heard no noise and enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights in our room! Lastly, I was SO happy with the Acqua di Parma bath and shower products - I will always think of my time in Italy thanks to these scents!

This is a minor concern, but the musty odor upon reaching the 2nd floor where I believe most rooms are located was noticeable, but as we weaved our way to our room I also came upon an absolutely delightful scent via reed diffusers and regret not documenting the name! I'd love for my home to smell like it. :) Overall we had a lovely stay!

A warm welcome and staff who are attentive and always took time to talk to us. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The private use spa really made this break- we used it 3 times. Definitely worth the extra cost. Used the deep jacuzzi in the room frequently. Kitchenette was brilliant. A lovely supermarket very near which came in handy. We are used to city living so not perturbed by city noise. When the windows were shut is was very quiet. Lots of lovely local places to eat and drink and watch the world go by. If you book to stay here o you won’t regret it!

I honestly can’t think. If I was being picky perhaps some hooks etc in the bathroom room or some kind of dressing table. But not essential at all.
