I recommend this hotel especially if you are dragging your suitcases using public transportations as the hotel is a short walk from Arezzo Train/Bus Station. The room was nothing out of ordinary, but was clean and I had everything I needed except an electric kettle(I was given a hot water from the bar). I felt some staff members were a little stiff in terms of communicating with me, but generally they were very helpful, polite, and pleasant.

I have to say the pictures of the hotel online unfortunately exceeds how it actually looks like. They promote their rooftop as such a cool hangout area, but when I visited in spring, it didn't look like it was ready to be used. It may be because it was a little early in the year or because it rained the previous day, not sure. The bathroom was kept clean, but a shower room is very small.

Centrally situated, especially if the antique street market is on. Old fashioned hotel with a comfortable room and decent bathroom. Near lots of cafes and restaurants, shops and supermarket, 10 minutes walk from the station. Lovely roof terrace with comfortable sofas and chairs, beautiful view. Alessandra on reception was excellent, very helpful and informative.

Breakfast was rather boring, cold bacon and scrambled eggs being one choice, but a good selection of fruit. The hotel is probably due an update.

The Hotel Continentale is a grand old hotel. The foyer is stunning. There is a small bar in the entry that is a great spot to rest weary feet before going out. The breakfast was fabulous and quite extensive. The rooms were well appointed. The digital checkin was great and saved a lot of time on arrival. The Hotel is a short walk from the train station, but central to all attractions.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it sagged on one side. Time to change the mattress.

I travelled here in winter and found the room cosy and comfortable. The rooftop bar was closed as it was very cold and windy outside, however one of the staff opened it up for me to enjoy the view which was lovely. It's the perfect location to walk around Arezzo and get to the train station. A beautiful classic Italian hotel

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is satisfactory. It is very good that the train station is close. It is very close to the most popular street. There are many restaurant options nearby. If I go to Arezzo again, I can choose it.

The hotel is very old. A bit far from modern. But that is absolutely no problem. Nostalgia lovers may like it.

My room was not a street view but very quiet.

A nice quiet, conveniently located hotel. The location was ideal - a very short walk (5-7 minutes!) to the train station! There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant options nearby too. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spacious room. The staff was friendly, especially the bellhops. On point!

The breakfast selection was just ok, and the hours were fairly condensed. I arrived at 10:15 am, but it was a sharp close at 10:30 am so there weren't many options on the line and I was not permitted to stay to finish my coffee.

Good location, very nice helpful staff and the room was comfortable. The gentleman on the front desk when we checked in was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and marked them on a map for us. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view of Arezzo. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was probably understaffed on the night we were there. The staff were doing their best but probably one more staff member in the evening would have helped given the number of guests.

Room comfortable, bathroom ok. The roof terrace was delightful, overlooking the town with comfortable seating. Excellent situation with easy access to station, shops and restaurants and right at the start of the street antique market. The two porters were so nice and helpful.

We had a tiny balcony overlooking a dumping area so did not use it as the roof terrace was lovely. Breakfast was ok, not much fresh fruit. No English speaking channels on TV.

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and also close to the historic city centre. While it feels like the hotel is getting a little old and worn, the room was still very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink with a view.
