Close to the airport and easy to find. Lots of parking spaces. The restaurant had excellent food and reasonably priced. The young woman that was working there was lovely! She quite happily offered to run the food up to my room when it was ready and I could see that she took pride in her work by the way it was presented. Sorry I didn’t get your name but Thankyou! Other than the young woman in the restaurant there didn’t appear to be any staff. The door codes etc were sent to my phone by text and email and gained me access to the building and my room.

There was no elevator and it wasn’t made clear at any point in the booking. It was a bit of a struggle for me to get the heavy bags up the stairs but I managed:)

The location is great. Not far from the ferry, food, the airport, and very close to North Shore Eat Street. The rooms are a good size, and the basic facilities are available. There's plenty of parking that doesn't cost extra, and the staff that I did see were friendly and welcoming. There's a restaurant with good food on site. The portions are generous, and the options are akin to a good home cooked meal. It's easy to stay just one night, or for a few weeks, and be comfortable.

I'm not a big fan of there being no lifts, but I made do. It ended up being good cardio. The rooms are nice, but they have been done up on the cheaper side, and theres flaws coming through. My shower was quite small and was prone to leaking if not careful due to a tiny lip to prevent flooding. The main thing that was a bit irksome was the lack of power points at the bed head. The only one was across the room. It's good for the basics and location.

This place is excellent value. I booked it with “no notice” on a Sunday night after walking off a Virgin Airlines plane because it was sitting on the tarmac connected to the terminal for far too long. I needed a local hotel room. This one was available for the very low price of $127. I spoke with a fabulously helpful young woman on the phone & when I got there (late at night) the code worked immediately & the room & bathroom were both immaculately clean. It was just what I needed & the price was excellent. Thanks so much - whomever runs this place does a great job for a low price ✅✅✅

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful when I couldn't have the door lock when going out. The staff who came to help was amazing. She grabbed the tools and it was just the battery on the door keypad that needed fixing. It took her just minutes to resolve the issue and I was able to leave once it was fixed. So it was an excellent service.

Everything was good. Maybe a lift will be good if we have big luggage to carry upstairs.

Perfect location, opposite shops and restaurants and nice park with BBQ facilities, playground shade. Renovated really nicely, just a few things to finish it off. Clean room, spacious, working fridge, big TV with remote, big comfy bed. Liked that vanity was outside the toilet and shower. Great parking on site.

Still had a few things to renovate in bathroom,but still worked perfectly. Did not have any towelrack beside vanity, but i am sure they are working on it. Could have had a few more signs about where to go, room numbers bla bla this way. We had to ask where to go.

The room was very clean it had been refurbished we could hear street noise but not so bad as to not sleep could do with mattress topper as bit hard good pillows. The motel is very close to great eating spots and the river very popular at night good value as closer to airport was double the price

As I said bed could do with mattress topper sink to high shower water pressure to hard and mixer tap hard to regulate found self entry very hard luckily another guest helped me as well as cleaner

Great location, nice and quiet. We stayed because the wife had an early flight so we usually stay in Brisbane the night before incase we get caught in traffic from the Sunshine Coast. The next morning, I dropped her off to the airport early and went back to the motel to get a few more hours sleep. Was fantastic.

Finding the room from the carpark was a bit confusing but not too difficult. After doing it once we were fine.

Arrived from airport 7 pm in a thunderstorm App sign in was lagging and unexpected Phoned service assistant and was given satisfactory solving of a problem Car parking was close to room

No water in fridge, pay machine in lobby Motel nearly full, could afford receptionist on duty Air conditioning only adequate on lowest temperature, bad for the environment.

The staff were lovely and it was easy to get in with the code provided and I had many follow up emails for example enjoy your stay / welcome which is nice 🙂

I ordered door dash and coming out of my room to collect there is a step down no signage and I fell and had slot of bruising andi had to lie on the floor for a few minutes to get up .

Great security to the building and our room, very easy to access after hours. Contactless check-in and check out made it super easy for arriving after hours. Comfortable stay, had everything we needed and was in a convenient location too.

The bed was quite hard and could feel the springs through the mattress - still sleepable but not the most restful.
