Customer service 15/10! Very kind, friendly & attentive staff. Was warmly greeted the second we walked into the front door. Room was very clean and very tidy, bed was super comfy and the view from the balcony was stunning with the full moon and the sunrise.

Small downside was the water from the shower ran almost the door and toilet, not a major issue just a little slippery for the kid. Otherwise, everything else was Great!

The size of the house and the space it gave us all.

If this place had a dryer it would be 10/10 for us as we had washing to dry but the rain wouldn’t stop most of our stay here, so we utilised the dryer rack heater and fan. Also didn’t like how the cleaner unlocked the back door and came in to clean while we were here. She stated that she didn’t know I was here and that she thought it was just my kids here. If anything that made me feel very uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong she was a lovely lady, she came did the dishes, took rubbish and gave clean towels, toilet rolls, tea towels. If I had known that this place does this kind of service while we are still checked in I would have let the office know that I didn’t need that service done while we were still here.

Spot,less rooms. Plenty of towels. A bonus was the sandwiches and cake and apple in the fridge. Staff were very friendly. The views were beautiful. Shame the restaurant balcony wasn't on the sunny side. The centre if town has only one bar so the fact that the hotel was a bit of a walk we found the bar there quite acceptable

Internet a. It hit and miss but that's OK.

The spa 🛁 bath under the shower was perfect for my needs, I could park both vehicles outside my door. Beautiful views, enjoyed sleeping in the comfy king-sized bed. Value for money having kitchen sink, cooking and dining area/office desk with two of everything in it. Definitely coming back.

The parking positions of the parking area could've been better, maybe painted parking lanes, otherwise so grateful to park off the main Road.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It appears to have been recently redone. The bathroom was quite small - narrow actually. Partial kitchen facilities but limited. The hotel will make breakfast for you if you notify them in time the previous day. I believe there is a charge but we did not use this option so I can't comment on how good the food was. the view from the room was very beautiful. I see why the name is Panorama.

very tidy and pleasant

the wifi didn't connect easily to my husband's phone nor did it connect to my laptop even tho I was given details for the wifi. With the events we had on wasn't enough time to update any1 of this issue.

I loved that we could hear the trucks using their jakes down the hill really well as thats the reason we chose this location and we were not disappointed.The staff were really helpful and friendly.Loved how big the rooms were there was alot of space for my little family.

The beds were a quite hard and a little smaller than expected but other than that was an awesome stay

The staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating and tried their best to help. Overall we were very impressed with the care and service

The element for the hot water had to be replaced (which was unfortunate but could have happened to anyone.) The motel owner came promptly to fix the issue and we had a good hot shower the next day!

I didn't have breakfast

The room had been sprayed with a strong smelling spray because the previous occupants had microwaved some strong smelling food. The spray used was overpowering and stayed in my clothes for days. I understood their need to spray the room but would have preferred if the room was aired naturally or use a natural spray like lavender. Everything else was perfect

We were a group of five spread across three rooms at the hotel. Every room was great. One of our rooms was near the back/near the restaurant and had a fantastic view of Te Kuiti. I have been to Te Kuiti multiple times but never realised how beautiful the area is till I saw that view. Our other rooms were near the entrance. While those room didn't have the same view, they were still lovely. Rooms were comfy, clean, a good size, and had everything we needed for our short stay. A great option if you are attended events at Te Kuiti Pā, which is a short drive away.

Pillows were a little thin for my liking but wasn't an unbearable experience
