The park manager was super friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome! He's one of the nicest park managers ever! Kudos to your hard work! The bed was super comfy, wifi was excellent, the heated outdoor pool and spa-pool was the main draw-card! The playground was amazing for my child! Excellent location in terms of a short drive to the Waitomo Caves! We discovered The Kiwi House is only a short two minute drive away! Close to Countdown, Maccas, and the petrol station - has everything you need for a nice holiday!

The cabin was tiny! Smaller than expected. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. Was expecting a bunk-bed for my child - there wasn't one (as advertised), so we had to share a bed. Other than that, a brilliant stay, good value for money, especially with the added bonus of the pool/spa.

Basic standalone cabin room, perfect for what we were needing. Close to ammenities and where we needed to be. The no actual person process was new and interesting for me, but fine, because I could work it out. It might have been a bit of a struggle for the older generation potentially though. Although I see there was a big sign with the number on it if you wanted to talk to someone.

Midgies/sandflies, and no notices of warning to keep sliding doors closed at all times because of this. I mean they didnt bother me but maybe there could be insect spray in the cabins???

It is ideally located next to the Water Taxi, at the entrance of Abel Tasman track. The rooms are simple but well equipped, however note that the kitchen utensils are a bit limited for cooking with large families. Common facilities like kitchen and bathroom are quite clean, and even though the showers are limited to 4 minutes, the water is nice and hot.

Having more kitchen utensils (pots and pans) available in the common kitchen for large families.

The ease of check in The manager moved us quickly and easily so appreciated. Slept well comfortable bed, wen I go back in a couple of weeks I will get a bigger room. The room was small but we're not small people but it was comfortable.

I dont usually sleep well away from home but I got to sleep until I heard the 2 trains in the middlr of the night very quiet area so it felt like the tracks were close by.

It was relatively easy to check in and find our accommodation. It wasn’t far away from town, the supermarket etc so that was great! The swimming pool was awesome, as well as the shared kitchen facilities. We liked having our own kitchen/fridge in our own cabin too.

Beds weren’t hugely comfortable, and the shower head didn’t put out a lot of water.

Love the express check in and check out. Booked a cabin and the shower was a little mouldy in the cabin but otherwise it was comfortable and was more than enough for our needs. .

The train was quite close and made the cabin shake a little. There were industrial noises until quite late - keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. No faults with the park itself.

The water from the showers don't quite drain so the floor gets really wet and did go outside the bathroom door a bit so we went through quite alot of towels but spoke to staff and they informed that the bathrooms were getting renovated

The Host was so welcoming and approachable. Has a huge knowledge of the area. These people have put in a huge amount of energy and labour into this beautiful Holiday Park, and still making awesome adjustments to please their visitors. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Apart from the town siren going off in the early hours of the morning, there's nothing really to dislike about our stay.

Good accom, close to playground for toddler and restaurants etc. We had everything we needed, comfy beds and decent bathroom/kitchen facilities. Loved the pool area with the hot tub.

I often stay here when passing through the area and this time paid a little bit extra for a larger unit with an extra room. Very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Odd issue with the television in unit 7 - has bright white spots across the screen whatever channel you're on. They made need a new one.
