The staff were lovely and gave us a good welcome. There was a good atmosphere in the place. It was clean, cosy and warm.

The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station (20 min) and most attractions (15 min). There is a Capucines market and the grocery store near by - to get supply of fresh fruits/veggies/ cheeses and everything else you may need. The rooms are small (I stayed in the unit mini) but ergonomically very well situated. The rooms are overlooking internal courtyard (beautiful) which calls for quiet and restful nights. The breakfast is plentiful; the reception team is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall I liked my stay and can recommend it to anyone.

The only complain I have is that the kitchenette is tiny and dark - there is no light in the kitchenette area which makes it challenging to use. The fridge is tiny too - size of hotel room fridge - you cannot store enough produce.

Good location, not too near the centre but walking distance so it isn't too busy all the time. Staff were excellent. We were listening to them and they spoke about 4 different languages within the space of 10 minutes to various guests. The bed was comfy, the room was nice and what we needed, and the facilities in the bar were a nice option to have for a night cap.

The bathroom is a little cramped and dark, the light was in a strange position, meaning you basically shower in the dark, and the rest of the bathroom looked liked it was built on a budget in a hurry.

Location: very much at the historical city center. Just a few minute walk away from supermarkets, restaurants, trams stops and major attractions. Despite being in the city center the hotel room was very quiet. Comfortable and practical: the bedroom had all the utensils and appliances needed. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed at a very cozy temperature. My bedroom even had a lovely small balcony with a beautiful view to the courtyard. TV had YouTube app installed which is a plus given that all cable channels were French. Clean: everything looked clean when I arrived. I was alerted before booking, during my online check-in and when I arrived that there was no daily housekeeping, and if requested it would have an extra cost. I was made very much aware of this policy before I paid for my stay. It wasn’t a surprise, which I very much appreciate. However, after 2 nights I requested for the towels to be replaced and the trash to be picked up and there were no extra fees charged.

Some appliances need maintenance. The hair dryer wasn’t working properly and the grid of the kitchen exhaust fan fell while I was pressing some buttons due to some loose screws. The heater/air conditioning fan made some very loud noises when turned off/on and had a loud humming sound every once in a while. I had to turn off the heating a few minutes before going to bed so not to be bothered by these noises during sleep. It wasn’t a deal breaker as the room kept a cozy temperature all night. The kitchenette sink was also a bit narrow for some of the existing kitchen ware

Location was quiet, and away from the noisy Victor Hugo Blvd. ,but close enough to use the many services on this main street. One being the tram stop only 7 minutes walk. Room was small, but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed had a wonderful mattress and soft linens. Iron and full size ironing board , safe and hair dryer. Lights above headboard were a nice touch. Kitchenette had a toaster, tea kettle and coffee machine. Plus dishes, flatware and a pot and pan. Cook top, microwave and small fridge perfect for my stay. I did make breakfast and a couple of dinners during my stay. There was a laundry room with paid washer and dryer near the lobby very convenient. The property is very secure and clean, and if you stay check out the back exit/entrance, nicer street to walk with good sidewalks, and bikes to lent! Last but not least the staff is very friendly and helpful… was a great stay.

Nothing to note

Fantastic apartments in the centre of Bordeaux. We were very close to everything and it was very easy to get public transport Tram Line A from Airport to Palais du Palais tram stop for only 1.90EURO and then a 8 min walk to the apartments. The room was modern, clean and a very spacious bathroom. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Location wise it was no more than a 10min walk to the main old town.

Upon checking my booking, I noticed I had actually paid for the 'Studio' room but we were given a Mini studio room. We were too tired to dispute it as the price difference was only a few euro and the mini studio was still perfect for our needs. But I would suggest you make sure upon check-in you are getting the room you paid for. Whilst the shower was modern, the base of the shower was quite unstable which is an easy fix on the hotels part :).

Very convenient for the centre. Twenty minute walk and you are in the centre. Really helpful staff. Very clever use of space in order to call it an apartment. There is storage under the bed for suitcases (which makes the bed high of course). Good quality all around and very new.

It’s not really an apartment. It’s was a regular size room with a kitchen unit crammed. The balcony wasn’t used and it took space out of the room, which meant the bed was up against a wall. So if you have mobility issues it would be a bit frustrating. (It’s high too remember) But hey, you are just there to sleep, and see the amazing city, so location, price, great staff, good breakfast, offsets the above.

Central, safe location, walking distance to all the major sights and tram stops. Modern property and rooms; an oasis of peace in the middle of a vibrant city. Good size bathroom and bed, tight living and kitchen. Made use of the laundry, simple meals (when too tired to go out for dinner) and luggage storage. Supermarkets and restaurants 5-7mim walk.

Only one small thing - poor lighting in the kitchen bench area, had to use iPad torch to have enough light to make breakfast. Otherwise very happy with the accommodation.

My favorite hotel (so far) in France!! Absolutely wonderful location, great onsite parking, spectacular hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a bar and food you can order in the lobby. I was able to easily rent a bike to get around town. The location is secure and safe. The room itself was lovely. There was an outdoor balcony and huge comfortable bed. I stayed in the tiny studio and at first wasn’t sure where to put my bags, but there was a huge drawer under the bed and I loved being able to “put away” my belongings. I can’t say enough about how great this place was.

Nothing - I loved everything!

The apartment was modern and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, hot shower. The location was excellent, on the edge of Saint Michel Quarter and close to old Bordeaux centre. The reception staff were very helpful. Secure on-site parking was a bonus, but quite expensive at 25 euro per night.

The king size bed was perhaps too big for the small room, with no side access for person sleeping against the wall. The hotel should explain to guests coming by car how to access the controlled pedestrian zone and get through the retractable bollards.
