Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the city. A few minutes walk to anywhere major in the city and to the tram network. A few metres to the Place de la Bourse and it's reflecting pool, to Rue Saint-Remi and all its restaurants, and to Rue Sainte-Catherine and it's shopping. The apartment itself was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hosts supplied coffee (pods and machine), tea, jam, butter, baguette and croissants, which was wonderful. The apartment is very quiet despite being in such a busy area, with modern facilities and plenty of storage. Washing machine and dryer were in the common hallway with soap (pods) and laundry basket supplied !! Had a lovely looking pool near the lobby, which we didn't use. We really liked our stay here

The bed was not the most comfortable. Rue Courbin where this apartment is located, quite literally has a stink to it. Once you get into the apartment complex, there is no issue.

Florence was really helpful and showed us how everything worked when she met us on arrival, and was very responsive to any queries we had. Apartment has a great location right at the heart of the old town. Minutes away from numerous bars and restaurants, and lovely sights of the city. In a pedestrianised area convenient 10 minute walk ftom Saint Catherine tram stop which takes around 40 mins from Bordeaux airport.

Nothing everything was great including welcome pack of milk tea coffee orange juice butter and jams, and fresh croissants and baguette left in a bag outside the apartment each morning. This was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Clean comfortable and well maintained. Easy communication with the accomodation. Croissants and bread each morning and butter jams etc provided. Excellent location easy walking to transport stops and Bordeaux’s brilliant public transport. Small gym and pool was a nice addition. A real coffee machine (not just a drip filter) with sufficient Nespresso pods was great to have especially to accompany the breakfast. We will definitely go again.

If we were there longer we would have liked a hob in the small kitchenette but space is a premium and it would be a nice to have not a game changer

Everything, a fantastic Studio, soundproofed, a/c, fantastic area. Bread and croissants delivered fresh Everything morning with ample butter, jam, and a variety of spreads. Coffee pods for nespresso machine, we were here for 4 nights and had pods left over.

This is not a dislike, but there is no cooker, there is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Which reduces the cook at home options. However, cooking every other day of the year, I decided this is a holiday and not cooking is good for a change.

The studio was so clean and fresh. Lovely shower room with good shower It's on a side street which has nothing else down there apart from Bouchon Bordelais a very good tasting menu restaurant. Its quiet and in a brilliant location for walking to everywhere. Bread and croissants delivered every morning to go with the 2 pots of jam, butter, tea coffee 2 bottles milk and 2 bottles of juice 😋 Bed very comfortable.

There was nothing not to like but if I had to mention something, there was an unpleasant smell when you walked into the foyer downstairs. Could have been from the pool. The pool just to mention was also in a courtyard with high buildings surrounding it so it got no sun at all. We didn't use it sadly. Otherwise, the apartment was really great.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Ideal location right in the centre of our preferred area but tucked away enough to be quiet with excellent soundproofing. Staff extremely helpful especially with arrangements for access given we had a significant flight delay. Lovely touches with fridge provisions and breakfast delivered. Fabulous to have a pool, given unseasonably hot weather for time of year, plus excellent air conditioning. We've stayed in Bordeaux several times before and this was hands down the best accomodation we've experienced.

Can't fault anything. Only comment I would make is some confusion on check in times. Some made reference to 14:00 whilst elsewhere stated 15:00 and 16:00 plus check out of 10:00 or 11:00 but very minor point.

We absolutely loved our studio apartment in Bordeaux. It was spotlessly clean in an unbeatable location. The king size bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was well equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer - quite a rarity. There is a lift and swimming pool too. Self check-in was very easy with clear instructions. Internet connection was fast and strong. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Bordeaux.

Wonderful location

Be warned, it’s very easy to lock yourself out of your room on the first floor if you accidentally close either of the two “fire doors”. Haha - what kind of fire door is kept open? As there are multiple rooms enclosed by these doors you could easily be locked out of your room by a neighbour. Really - this is too silly and should be fixed - why not remove the locks from these two doors? I gave the property 10* despite getting locked out because it is a very nice property.

Clean , modern , spacious apartment with Kitchenette. Washing machine and tumble drier in utility next to apartment. Swimming pool in courtyard of building. Location excellent , close to St Catherine Street. Handy for tram to airport. Friendly welcome from Josephine. Milk,juice , butter left for us in fridge. Baquette and croissants delivered in the morning.Lovely touch!

Great location close to many tourist attractions and there were lots of restaurants close by. Quiet road. Good instructions on how to get in upon arrival. The kitchenette was clean and they had a fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board and an airer. No cooker. Bed was comfortable.

The lift was not working throughout our 3 night stay. Had to use the stairs. Only one pillow each and even if I asked for extra pillows, we didn’t get any. There was a fine layer of dust on the bedside lamps. The toilet didn’t have a rug. No complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very basic. No fruit. Could have given some fruit & yoghurt. Wi-Fi was not very good. We didn’t meet any staff even though we could message Florence. Even though we didn’t need to come by car, the accommodation could not be reached by vehicle. So not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
