Central location near to tram stops and not too far to walk to the train station. Beds were firm but extremely comfortable! Shower had very good pressure and was easy to use with hot and cold water. I wasn't expecting complimentary shower gel, so that was nice! There is a lift (although we didn't use it as we were only on the 1st floor with not much luggage). The room was clean and very quiet.

The room was very hot when we arrived and the fan in the room was tiny so it took a while to cool it down, a bigger/more powerful fan would improve the experience. The window view on the website is for the rooms on the opposite side of the building-- our window overlooked a roof and a grimy alley.

The location is super & the staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the front is beautiful and there are many great shops around the area as well as close proximity to several tram lines.

Although the view is beautiful, the front of the hotel can get quite loud evenings as there is a club right next door and people tend to congregate under the hotel awning (especially when it rains). If you are not vacationing, rather working here, I suggest you take a room in the back or higher up. The staff will report to the club/police if too loud, but by then you’re already awake …

To be honest because you check in n out at a hotel just around the corner I didn't see any staff apart from those times but they were friendly n welcoming and for me the location was brilliant n the tram stop was just a few minutes away unfortunately when I arrived at the train station there was disruptions on the trams n had to get a taxi there €15 ouch but departing was ok n it was secure enough with a code to get in the 1st door n a key to get through the 2nd the bedroom was a decent size the bathroom a bit cramped but I would definitely stay there again and bordeaux is a great place if you ever get the chance to go

Location was amazing - I had balcony windows that opened out onto the opera house and looking to the square It was small but it had what was needed, the bathroom was all newly renovated with fixtures. It was great to be able to pop back during the day when it was pouring with rain to change. Close to the shops, the river. Museums, galleries, cathedral, range of food options, trams etc - the location was SOO perfect

The entrance and stairwell feels a bit gritty and at times there was a lot of noise outside the window (double glazed) in the night due to very central location.

I liked the very central location. My “front yard” was the heart of the city. The bed was firm and supportive. It was really comfortable. It was clean. The wi-fi worked really well, which is EXTREMELY important.

The shower is way too small. The second door to get into the building is extremely difficult to unlock with the key. It frequently took me longer than a minute to maneuver it.

The location of the hotel was perfect and central, round the corner from the tourist office. The reasonable price per room/night. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel even though we had to checked out in the morning. Overall an excellent place to stay for a couple of nights to visit Bordeaux.

The size of the bathroom was very tight, you had to squeeze between the sink and the door of the bathroom to get in. The shower cubicle was leaking and very small. Sadly no view but then it's not possible to improve that.

Nothing fancy but you wouldn't expect so for a reasonable price. Excellent staff, reception staffed 24 hours a day and incredibly welcoming even when I checked in after midnight and looked after my wallet when I forgot it at reception. Breakfast option available and looked a good choice. Bed comfortable and a TV in the room. Curtains excellent at keeping out light, making for a good night's sleep. Decent location.

Duvet on the bed was more of a blanket and not particularly soft. The bathroom was quite small with a low-hanging shower head and a small space in which go wash, though the shower curtain did an excellent job of keeping the floor dry. Only a minor complaint - certainly not enough to dissuade me from staying again.

Best location and value for money hotel, my second time there and i hope to be back, steff was nice and helpful with my needs. The view to the city and the little balcony were beatiful. Although it's a very central location, it's not noisy in the room. The tram was super easy to use from the airport and back, one station is a few steps away and another one is minuts away.

Manon was the best hotel receptionist I have ever encountered - Friendly, welcoming with impeccable English. Callista who did the change overs and covered reception was excellent. The hotel is in a perfect central location 5 mins walk in all directions to transport links and beautiful bars & restaurants. The 8€ breakfasts set us up for the whole day of sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, wonderful location to walk anywhere and close to tram stop that comes direct from train station ideal for air or rail arrivals. Room was extremely clean, great breakfast, brilliant shower powerful and hot, good size room, could leave bags on departure day. Fantastic value.

The interiors were a little tired but this is what we expected for the price. Some low level noise from nearby club, mord of a quiet background beat, but we could sleep okay. View of vacuum cleaners from interior window.
