The property is right in the centre of Castletown perfect for all the Southern 100 events which is why we were there. Fantastic Restaurant underneath which is well worth a visit and also good pubs in walking distance. The property is kept spotless and William can’t do enough for you. A big plus while we were there was the outdoor seating area which was perfect in the afternoon sat relaxing looking out to sea..perfect!

Lighting in the bathroom especially the mirrors is a bit pathetic more for show than seeing yourself. Also no toilet brush in the bathroom. The bedroom was quite small there wasn’t much room to get around and we had to get ready one at a time

The location of the apartment was excellent. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & very comfortable with excellent toilet, shower & kitchen facilities.

The bedroom was a little cramped although the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was a little slow & stretched at times. The car park was a free, public car park at the rear of the building. Some spaces were limited to 2hrs, some reserved spaces & others 24hour parking. In general, finding a parking space was never an issue, but without a reserved space it was a worry when returning from a day trip.

A gem of an apartment which was lovely and clean, well appointed and in one of the best locations on the Isle of Man. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great.

It would have been good to know about the Southern 100 event which started just after we left so we missed it. It involves Castletown but was difficult to find information on before arriving.

Property was brilliant, could live there… furniture was really comfy, bed was comfy, beautifully decorated with great views.

The bathroom mirror light didn’t work, there was one odd light in the bathroom ceiling which was annoying for someone who worked in an electrical industry, and the bathroom door made a terrible noise if not closed properly. Blinds in bathroom and bedroom could have done with longer chains and brought forward so easier to reach too. Window handle in the bedroom was also ‘iffy’ as the screws were VERY loose.

Fab view of the castle from the sitting room. And sea view from bedroom. Modern, clean, well equipped, comfy sofa, smart TV. Safe free parking immediately behind the property. Nice touch to find a few basics like washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets etc.

Lighting in shower room - needs brighter lighting for the mirror. Bedroom is compact.

The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. A perfect stay, thank you so much.

The location is brilliant and on a bus routes reasonably clean and tidy one or two little niggles. Nothing that wouldn't stop us staying again.

No where to leave luggage on departure rang service bell no response. fridge needed cleaning. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable 😕 3rd flood when i thought it was going to be ground floor. 🙄

Location, staff, apartment quality, all excellent.

We were expecting 2 separate bedrooms but it only has one and the sofa in the lounge isn't a sofa bed. But - when we let the property manager know he quickly arranged a camp bed to go in the lounge, so no complaints overall.

The apartment had great facilities, very clean, spacious, felt like being home from home. Nice gentleman met us with the key and showed us around. Apartment was cleaned every and fresh towels.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but did not spoil our stay one bit.

Absolutely stunning apartment, it was like a dream apartment, lovely location with nice views of the castle. The living room was really nice, the whole apartment was perfect, and the owner and manager were both very helpful and kind. The owner even gave me a gift of a book about Isle of Man! I will definitely go back again. Perfect holiday home.
