Property is very well located and made getting around by foot very easy. Had a lovely view and the balcony was quite nice to sit out on and have a coffee. Loved that they had coffee in the morning and some snacks in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful in assisting us with check in when part of our group arrived ahead of time and made sure they were able to check in. The room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. They made it clear what was going on during our stay for activities and the amenities offered/rentals etc.. If you are staying here for the ironman it is well worth it and the location is perfect.

The lighting in our room wasn't the best, and our shower door didn't seal properly so our bathroom floor was quite wet the entire time. But they did bring us extra towels very quickly after we asked for some. For the price would have expected to have some form of breakfast included.

We absolutely loved the waterfront collection room, walked right out of our sliding glass door to the pool and lakefront. The Adirondack chairs by the water were a perfect beginning and ending to our day. The grounds were perfectly manicured. The outdoor pool was clean and such a refreshing experience on one of our warmer days during our stay. Our room was heavenly, especially the bathroom. The shower and jet tub were fantastic!!! Our king-sized bed was comfortable, great place to retreat to after hiking and traveling during the day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the outside bar at the main hotel. It was beautiful to sit outside in the evening and have a few cocktails. Your bartenders were so nice and very attentive. And the Yankees game on the TV was a plus!! We loved the free champagne upon arrival as well as the cookies and lemonade. We loved every bit of our stay here. The location was perfect, able to walk to dinner and shopping. And it was also great just to sit by the lake and relax. Thank you so much for making my birthday week so special and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!

We loved every single thing about this property.

The hotel’s location is ideal, but the best feature of the resort is the complimentary use of boating equipment! The staff was so friendly and did a great job of making us feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We would have preferred a room with a view, had that been an option. The bathroom floors are very slippery. The motorized blackout shade lets in so much light in the morning!

The room was in their Lakefront Building -- it's one story and everyone's patio doors open onto a grassy area right on the lake. Beautiful ...

Beautiful but not quiet. If all the neighbors are out with their kids and dogs early in the morning you'll be awake too, whether you want to be or not. :-) And note that there is no elevator in the lakefront building -- if you have luggage you'll be carrying it down the stairs from the carpark yourself.

The location was great and right in the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and looked as pictured on hotel listing. Food was tasty and complimentary cookies and lemonade were a nice touch.

The exterior of the hotel was in need of some repairs, there were large areas of paint peeling from building that were visible from street level. The view from our room wasn't great as we were on second floor overlooking the roof, and there was moss growing from roof onto balcony which wasn't bad but could have been better.

Absolutely perfect location right on Mirror Lake, great views and amenities. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and watching the dogsled pull vacationers across the frozen lake.

I was disappointed that the room did not have a microwave and the resort didn't offer massage services

Taste of scrambled eggs was “off”. Rest of food was excellent both times we had breakfast.

Waitress was not welcoming or friendly; never once came to ask how everything was, never once offered more coffee, never smiled. Same waitress 2x; needs training how to be good waitress.

The room at the main building was nice and spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake very comfortable parking.

The bar restaurant. Indifferent staff, not very generous. No offer for refill of coffee, 4 $ charge for 2 extra slices of toast.

The location to town was perfect. Room was right on lake.

Room had adjoining door to next door room. you can hear the people in the room next to you. They were very loud. Not good. Also had lakeview room which view was obstructed by the pool. Not what I paid for.

the location couldnt be better. youre on main street so youre within walking distance from all other shops and restauarants. they serve hot chocolate and cookies at night and coffee in the morning which is a major blessing so thag you dont have to walk to starbucks halfway down main street. The 3 Dancing Bears restaurant is right below it and they have great beers, food, and staff.

my only complaint (not to the fault of the staff) is that the mini NHL players can get a little rowdy. if you dont mind it, then its a perfect place to stay for an extended weekend.
